Denna nyrenoverade lägenhet på andra och tredje våningen ligger ovanför ett Williamslands främsta landskapsföretag. Det finns en egen ingång via en utvändig sluten trapphus med en stor landning och regnrock / paraplyförvaring. Ingången är stor och välkomnande. På andra våningen finns det ett sovrum med badrum, vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Köket är stort och välfylld. Dörren till tredje våningen ligger precis innanför ingången till köket. På tredje våningen finns två sovrum, vardera med 2 enkelsängar. "Hot Air Balloon" -rummet har dubbla XL-sängar som kan skjutas samman för ett king size-boende. Det finns ett komplett badrum (dusch) och en läs- / spel / sittgrupp mellan de två rummen. Lägenheten har allt du kan behöva för att njuta av en vistelse. Från kaffe och ett fullständigt komplement av kryddor i köket till schampo, gräddssköljning och kropps tvål i badrummen.
Det finns en stor TV i vardagsrummet och de två sovrummen på övervåningen har vardera en ROKU-klar TV. Internet med hög hastighet tillhandahålls så att du kan använda DIN egna Netflix, Hulu eller annan typ av konto för att titta på TV.

Perfect short family trip

I took my 2 teenage kids and two of their friends to Busch Gardens for 3 days. We really enjoyed the VRBO which was clean and allowed everyone to have privacy. I especially enjoyed having my own room and bathroom! Very well organized with everything we needed. Short drive to Busch Gardens and I enjoyed waking up to the landscaping garden.

This place is a great place to stay for a family vacation. Very cozy with everything you would need. The owner has thought of everything to make you feel comfortable and at home.

Great place to stay

Very nice place to stay. Had a full kitchen to cook meals, comfortable bedrooms, and great dining/living area. Had most everything you could need and was a very quiet space even though above a business. Close to colonial Williamsburg, easy drive to downtown. Only suggestion would be more hooks in upstairs bathroom to keep track of towels.

The best stay!

We have had a wonderful experience dealing with the Theresa. The property has everything to offer and it was immaculately clean, updated and very comfortable! Just a 5 minutes drive to Busch Gardens and shopping, it was the perfect location For our party of 8.. We thoroughly enjoyed the coziness and warmth of this location. Thank you Theresa for being a splendid host!

Wonderful property

We stayed at this property over the Christmas holiday. The full kitchen allowed for us to share a family meal. All areas of the home were extremely comfortable, and I felt as if the property owner made included many thoughtful touches that made us feel content. The master bath was very nice, the living room more than comfortable and overall the property made you feel at home. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience

This was the ultimate base camp for our Williamsburg explorations! Everything we needed, the attention to detail and thoughtfulness made this a perfect place to come home to after a day at the beach, or Busch Gardens, or Colonial Williamsburg. The abode is situated above a garden center and landscaping business which is run by the VRBO owner - we even got some advice on the patio we're building at home! Overall an absolutely wonderful place to stay, if we end up in Williamsburg again (and I think we will, lots more to see!) this would be first on our list as a place to call home.

We had a wonderful girls' weekend away while husbands had the kiddos.

This apt. was even nicer than the description. Perfect for 5 adults and an infant. Communication with the owner was the best experience. Our questions were answered promptly. The patio garden area is beautiful.

Great place to stay for Busch Gardens!

A group of 6 of us stayed at this location for a weekend to go to Busch Gardens! This is a great place to stay when visiting the park.

Great location

Ideal location! Centrally located to all the historical sites. Very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Don’t let the fact that it’s located above a business deter you, we didn’t even know they were there. Theresa was wonderful, even accommodated an early check-in. Very pleased with our stay!!

Nice place with everything we needed

We picked this property because they had a travel crib and high chair, plus extra rooms for the baby and our family's nanny so it had exactly what we needed for our stay in Williamsburg during a work conference. The traffic from the downstairs landscaping company wasn't a bother in any way although the nearby train was a surprise. We were there five nights and it only came through in the middle of the night twice I believe. The first time was a surprise but the second time we all slept through it.

Beautiful accommodations close to the historic triangle

We were impressed with the accommodations. Every detail was taken care of from spices and coffee in the kitchen to plenty of linens. We traveled with our college age kids, and they enjoyed having the upstairs. Wonderful place.

It fit our needs with a family of six, our kids loved that hey had there own beds after a long day Busch Gardens. They had toys to play with for all ages. We loved the location with everything that we needed was close by. Thank you all very much for hosting this great property.
