Fantastisk stranden lÀgenhet med otrolig utsikt Postiguet. Tredje vÄningen. Helt renoverat, 1 sovrum, sovplatser 4 (2 vuxna + 2 barn), med tvÄ nya sÀngar 90x1,90m och ny bÀddsoffa i vardags italienska systemet (bekvÀma minne skum madrass 1,35 m). Garderob rum, tyst sval och tyst. Stora rum med havsutsikt, inredda med teak bord och stolar, 2 hÀngmattor med utsikt över den lilla balkongen / verandan för att bekvÀmt njuta av den spektakulÀra utsikten. TV 32 "komplett badrum med fönster mot utsidan med stort badkar varumÀrke. Fullt utrustade med mikrovÄgsugn, kylskÄp, toppmatad tvÀtt i galleriet, en Melita kaffe och en annan italiensk, brödrost, juicepress, porslin och bestick nytt kök. NÀra till affÀrer, apotek, museer, kollektivtrafik, restauranger och terrasser med utsikt över havet mycket trevligt, pÄ gÄngavstÄnd till Stadshuset, strax ovanför hissen till Castillo de Santa Barbara. Hiss och tillgÄng bro till stranden nÄgra meter. En juvel framför havet med alla bekvÀmligheter och service vid handens och sinnenas rÀckvidd.

Very nice vacation

We had a wonderful time at this great apartment in Alicante in september/October. The flat is small but it includes everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped and therefore enables you to cook nice meals. Having breakfast with the awesome view on the beach and ocean is enjoyable. The city of Alicante is beautiful with plenty of other things to do, there are many restaurants and shops nearby and everything is very affordable. The apartment is directly below Castillo de Santa Barbara also, and there is plenty to visit just a short footwalk away (5-15 minutes).Theresa was warm and welcoming and very helpful, she is a fantastic host! Yes, it can get a little noisy due the mainroad is just below but we didn't mind. We would recommend this property to anyone and we can't wait to go back!

Nice situation apartment

Apartments situation was exellent for our one week walking holiday. It was just like pictures. Nothing special but all you need. Good shower and quiet.To my mind apartment needs a litle facelift.

Einmalige Lage in Alicante

Insgesamt ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral zur Altstadt ( 5 min zu Fuß) und zum Stadtstrand ( 2 min). Die Managerin Teresa ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, z. B. der riesige Supermarkt Alcampo. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden ( StrandstĂŒhle, Hackenporsche, Waschmaschine), lediglich ein Backofen wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, hatten super Wetter, es war nicht ĂŒberlaufen von Touristenmassen. Unbedingt anschauen/essen: große Markthalle/ Churros mit Schokoladendip.

Amazing location and views

Check in with Teresa worked perfectly and she then showed us around the apartment. The living room was bright and airy with amazing views. There was no air-conditioning however the sea breeze cooled the living room. The bedroom would benefit from air-conditioning.

We waren met twee personen, voor vier personen lijkt het me wat krap. Verder prima locatie op 3e verdieping, bereikbaar met lift. Kacheltjes aanwezig voor de koudere winteravonden.

Wonderful apartment ~ Perfect location

We are just back from a 4 day stay in Alicante. The apartment was just perfect and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Teresa the owner who was really lovely and friendly met us there on arrival and gave us lots of information. She also sorted out our taxi back to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. Also the communication before hand was excellent Would highly recommend this apartment as it also has the advantage of a perfect location. Thanks for making our stay wonderful xx

Excellent and very convenient apartment.

The well equiped apartment is big enough for 2, though it would sleep 4. The views from the fourth floor window across Postiguet Beach are magnificent. Access is easy, the lift helps. It is nicely located with convenient shops within a 100 meters, and being only a few hundred meters from the lively Old Town, with its many restaurants and bars. The one thing that would of helped in the hot (32 degrees) weather would have been air-con. But Leaving the windows open allowed the cool sea breeze to flow through the apartment. Our host Teresa, who spoke good English, was very helpful with all our requests. and always communicated clearly and promptly. She accomocated us with our unusual arrival and departure times. We loved Alicante as a city/beach holiay and would return to the city and to this apartment. Ian Jenkin

Apartment looked exactly like on the photos with the absolutely stunning sea view. I stayed there with my friend and we both thought that the apartment was big enough for 2 people and cleverly design so you can utilise the space to the full. We have stayed in June and although there is no air-condition in the apartment we thought the flat was well-ventilated when you open the windows. During the day there was a bit of noise from the road below but at night the noise was disappearing. Anyways the bedroom at the back is quiet and the beds are very comfy. Location of the apartment is excellent (10 out of 10). Teresa was very attentive and explained to us everything. She has also booked the taxi for us on the departure as we were leaving very early. However, it was hugely disappointing and distressing to find out that there ware cockroaches in the house. Luckily, if you can say so, we have find out about this at the end of our stay otherwise our whole holidays would turn in to nightmare. One evening when I walked in to the kitchen they were crawling on the worktops and were huge about 3cm long (1.5inch) and moving fast. I am sure, that all the neighbours that night have heard my scream. It makes me feel sick when I think that we were preparing / leaving food there and they were crawling all over it. That’s disgusting as they spread a lot of diseases. I have now PTSD. I just wish I read/translate the review that Italian couple left earlier as they were complaining about this pest too. If I knew there are cockroaches I would never decide to stay there! I think, this is unacceptable in this day and age and by the looks of it nothing has been done to get rid of them since. It’s a great shame our holidays had to end like this.

The location of this apartment in Alicante was fantastic. The sea views from the apartment window were stunning. The information about what to see and where to go from Theresa Morales (the Manager) was extremely helpful and made our 1 week holiday fly by.
