Vi har allt du behöver för din strandresa pÄ Sanibel Island. Denna enhet med ett sovrum sover 1 till 4 gÀster, med en king size-sÀng och en drottning bÀddsoffa. Ligger bara 3 minuters promenad ner en naturskön vÀg till stranden. Varje enhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, badrum, skÀrmad i Lanai, solstolar, 2 TV-apparater med kabel och Wi-Fi. Vi erbjuder en uppvÀrmd pool med sötvatten med solterrass, grillplats och picknickomrÄde, skaltvÀttstation, tvÀttstuga med mynt, cykeluthyrning pÄ plats, gratis lokal, lÄngvÀga och WiFi och direkt tillgÄng till stranden.
Denna Sanibel Island-semesterbostad ligger pÄ den lugna östra Ànden av ön, gÄngavstÄnd frÄn affÀrer och restauranger, nÀra Sanibel-fyren, och direkt tillgÄng till Sanibel-cykelvÀgarna.

Quiet Oasis

This property is a quiet oasis with easy walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and towels are provided. Property is clean and well cared for. Bikes are also available and the island is an excellent place to bike.

Convenient Location

An old Florida style property with easy access to a quiet beach. The units are small but comfortable. Our kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the staff were quick to respond to any issue.

Did I just find “My Spot”?!

Great location. Close to shops, short walk to beach, and easy to commute to airport. We ended up visiting on the coldest weekend “in years” but we still had a great time. *shelling is the best at low tide; 4am for us and it was worth it! Bring a flashlight :) Staff on site was very friendly and I felt very safe- even while walking in the dark to the beach. You have all the dishes you need, coffee maker, and water out of the fridge so you don’t have to spend money on bottled water. Clean places of stay are a huge priority of mine, so my only con would be that the floors could’ve been cleaner and the room had a musty smell. I’m not from Florida so I’m not sure if the humidity contributes to the smell but I would’ve loved to smell bleach or a candle instead. Regardless, I will come again and will specifically seek out availability for room C-16. Book this room!

The property was nice and the location to the gulf great!

Really enjoyed the property! If I have an criticism, It may need a little tender loving care. Not a complaint, we really enjoyed out stay.

Great location, clean and remodeled

We have family living on the island and needed a couple condos for extra adults. Pros: condo is very clean, remodeled nicely with updated appliances, and location is fantastic for a short walk to ocean and bike trails right outside the inn for walking/running/biking. Cons: both parties found their condos to be very noisy. Walls a very thin (you can hear neighboring showers running, dresser drawers opening, and daily we we heard our neighbor loudly yawning even). Also if you are sensitive to how dark a room is for sleeping, this probably isn’t the place for you. They have nice shutters but even closed, the inn’s bright hallway lights shine right in (bc the bed is by the front door). Overall we used our place only to sleep and it was close to our family home. Would be great place for a small family or two adults on a budget who wanted a beach stay right by the ocean. However the sleep wasn’t fantastic for any of us bc of the noise above and to side of us and bright hallways lights.

Cute Place in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here. It's the perfect size and space for a couple. We liked the decor and amenities and would certainly consider returning here if we come back to Sanibel. My only complaint is that the furniture is fairly uncomfortable, especially the bed & pillows. Minor qualm when you're a block away from the Gulf. :)

Great getaway place.

Property was exactly as described and as looked in pictures. Very clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Private lanai with a tropical view. Within a short scenic walk to the beach. Everything we needed for our stay was supplied in the unit. Definitely recommend this place.

Sweet Sanibel Getaway

The Colony Inn was exactly what we were looking for: a low key small place with a private entrance to exercise social distancing while still enjoying the beach and the sun. The condo was very nice - superb bed, quiet lanai with tropical landscaping, and a nice kitchen. If doing extensive cooking, supplies are limited, but was fine for light meal prep. Management was wonderful! They could not do enough for us. Bike rental was so easy, borrowing beach chairs to enjoy the beach after checkout on our last day was no problem, and the pool was lovely.

Perfect spot for a getaway

Extremely clean and comfortable.....bed was one of the best I’ve experienced at a vacation rental. Kitchen well stocked and the quick walk to beach for sunrise was amazing.

Enjoyable stay

Very pleasant stay in C49, we really liked the decor of the unit, the screened porch, and the location on Sanibel, so easy to get to the beach. Good parking and enjoyed using our bicycles.
