Beach Happy is beautiful, comfortable stay just a short walk to the beach. It is well maintained and they have provided wonderfully for beach activities with chairs, towels and umbrellas.

Family vacation

We had a great time here! Perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Great location on Amelia island walkable to the beach and a short drive to everything else in a good “in the middle of it all” location.

Beautiful beach house!

We had a fabulous time staying at this beach house. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Very convenient location across from the beach. We highly recommend this vacation house and would love to stay here in future trips to Fernandina Beach.

Thanksgiving trip with family

This house was great for cooking meals inside and spending quality time with family in the spacious kitchen and living room area. The short walk to to the beach was a big plus. Guest Cottage was great to work with.

House was awesome! Very clean and a great place to hold a small college reunion of friends!

Renting experience was very easy! Flights didn’t depart Jacksonville til late Saturday afternoon and Jenn was very accommodating!

Great vacation home close to the beach

Everything was clean and updated. Perfect house for our group of 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids under 9). The host thought of everything from beach toys to towels to entertainment. It was a great house!

Fantastic Home

Fantastic home and fantastic management. Bonnie was a joy to work with and the home was a dream - super clean and new! Perfect for a family. Thank you doesn't seem enough, but we are very grateful this home is available while we wait on our home to be built.

Pleasantly surprised

I have not stayed off the beach in Fernandina before and was very skeptical about renting this place. I was very impressed with how well it turned out. The house is very nice and clean. The short walk to the beach was not bad at all and actually much closer than some condos we have stayed in. We will definitely recommend this place to other family and friends.

Great location

Second time here and love the layout and location. Super easy rental and check-in process. Some of the walls had scuff marks that need to be painted or cleaned. Two things to note: Mattresses are not very comfortable and the blinds in the bedrooms are very sheer so street lights, car lights, sunrise, etc. still come in when trying to sleep.

Definitely a Repeat Property

Having stayed in another VRBO property right next to this one as it was being built I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it listed and available during our time in Fernandina. Very nicely done, house is beautiful. Will be adding to my 1st choice list for the next time around.

Easy beachy!

The house was very updated, modern, yet still comfy cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need for our culinary endeavors, which were more than normal because of the pandemic. Lots of beach equipment was stored in the garage for our use. The beach access was convenient with just a short walk. Beaches weren't too crowded which was great. My only gripes would be the quirky microwave. 5 Stars!
