Nytt för hösten 2019, Grill, Hot tub, spÄr, 3. 3 tunnland - bara 4 mil frÄn Saugatuck!

Vi vet att du kommer att njuta av din vistelse i vÄrt vackra Saugatuck-hem pÄ 3 hektar bara 8 minuter frÄn centrum. Detta hem har en ny kÀnsla i hemmet (konstruktion 2014), vÀlvda tak, plyschmatta, badtunna och gott om sovplats. De större sÀngarna har alla nya lyxmadrasser och vÄningssÀngarna har bekvÀma madrasser med minneskum. Alla sÀngar har mjuk egyptisk bomullssÀngklÀder.

Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser runt en 55 "platt-TV med öppen spis. Köket Àr utrustat med gott om köksredskap och förberedningsverktyg du behöver för att förbereda dina mÄltider och har ett bord som rymmer 10-12. Det finns ett kompletterande tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare och ett strykjÀrn.

GangkÀllaren har ett högt tak och massor av fönster som gör att det kÀnns som bottenvÄningen. Den har ett biljardbord, 75 "TV och ett extra bord med plats för upp till 8. Om du Àr pÄ humör att grilla, finns det en naturgasgrill i trÀdgÄrden, tillsammans med en uteplats med 2 bord som rymmer 12.

PÄ baksidan uteplats finns det en enorm ny 500 gallon, 7-personers badtunna, med massor av strÄlar, ljus och ett vattenfall. Allt Àr mycket rent och du kommer att njuta av det höga, vÀlvda taket.

We had a great experience at the house. The house was lovely, very clean, well decorated and in a great location. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. It was full of amenities from tissues in all the bathrooms, to multiple games for us to play in the basement, to a bag of coffee for us to use. The owners, Paul and Krissy, very promptly responded to any questions that we had about the property. We would highly recommend it and are hoping to come back again.

Beautiful property inside and out!! We stayed for a wedding in Holland and it was a 15 minute drive so perfect. We had 6 adults and 6 children plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. So many fun things to do games inside and outside, kids were having so much fun, adults could relax and enjoy our time. We all talked about how well stocked this house is, we had plenty of toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, everything for laundry, dishes and even condiments, none of us had ever been to a VRBO that furnished all these things and saved us so much money and time shopping, all we needed was a few groceries, they even had bottles of water. Not to mention how great the hot tub was! We will definitely be back!!!

This was our second time staying at this property. It fit our family perfectly. The grandkids loved the basement activities and hot tub when we were hanging out at the house! Our hosts were attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Absolutely fantastic. We were a group of four families, 8 adults with 6 children (a total of 14 people) and we had enough room and activities for everyone. Little details count too: beach chairs and towels available, enough games and activities to keep everyone preoccupied (spikeball, Cornhole, etc.), and a welcome packet/off to walk us through all of the amenities. Absolutely fantastic place. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

Fun home in Michigan

We had 2 families stay at the home ( 9 people) and there was plenty of space! Downstairs game room a huge hit with kids AND adults! Good central, peaceful location for exploring many fun cities in MI. House was very clean, beds were comfortable!The property owners were responsive. Great family weekend with adult children

Beautiful home for 6 adults and 3 children 4 and under. Comfortable beds for everyone to spread out. Fun little trail on property with surprise giant chair the kids loved. Hot tub, fire pit and grill were great! Kitchen well equipped for cooking big meals for a crowd. Very close to Saugatuck for walking around. Went to Saugatuck Dunes SP for an icy hike on Sunday. Lake was very cool!

Great Stay!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Family time and Christmas

We rent homes that can fit our adult children and their children for a long weekend of fun. Paul and Krissy are hosts that provide those little details that set them apart from just any rental- from the local coffee, activities in the lower level to a stocked fire pit area and clean hot tub.

Grade School Girlfriend Trip

We absolutely loved your home and enjoyed it to the fullest! We rarely wanted to leave as it was so comfortable and inviting! We loved all the property and privacy! It was a treat to relax with our coffee, drinks, snacks and cards on the upper deck. Of course, the hot tub was awesome! Paul, you were an incredible host and so easy to work with. Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed here for a family wedding nearby. Hosts were easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as shown in the listing. It was perfect for our family and we appreciated all the space and the well stocked kitchen. The yard and walking trails were beautiful and the kids loved the all the games. Very grateful the hosts allowed us a little extra time for check out that made the day after the wedding flow smoothly and not stressful!

We've lived in Holland since 1998. Paul is an engineer by degree but left his job in Jan 2015 to pursue a new career as a landlord. We own several long term rental properties in the area and decided to add this beautiful home as a vacation rental. Krissy uses her degree in accounting to manage the financial side of the business. Our three boys keep us busy with soccer in the fall, Legos year round, and boating beautiful Lake Michigan in the summer.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We purchased the house next door in 2017 to use as a vacation rental. We have enjoyed that, so when the owner of this house approached us and said he wanted to sell, we said - why not?

This home sleeps 14, but if you need to host more guests, you can rent the house next door as well to sleep 16 more - total of 30 people!
