Nytt på hyresmarknaden, detta mysiga, moderna utrymme är perfekt för en familj, eftersom du bara är några meter från Snubber-mitten av stationen, och Sugartree badtunnor och pool är precis utanför din dörr! Vill du inte laga mat? Shipyard Brewhouse ligger bara 2 minuters promenad upp på leden. The Village, med flera restauranger och en liten mataffär, är en 5 minuters promenad uppför kullen.

CONDO
Dessa lägenheter ligger på bottenvåningen med egen ingång. Du kommer in genom ett lerrum som har förvaring för alla skid- / snowboardutrustningar. Inuti är det viktigaste vardagsrummet / matsalen med en soffa (full utdragning), två fåtöljer, en TV och ett bord som har plats för 5/6. Detta område är öppet mot köket som innehåller en full spis / ugn, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Det finns två sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och det andra med två uppsättningar med två enkelsängar över två våningssängar - perfekt för barnen! Det finns ett badrum med badkar / dusch.

We’ll be back!

This was our second time at Karen’s condo and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else at Sugarloaf. The unit is snug but comfortable, immaculate, and well outfitted and the location can’t be beat.

Cozy, clean, close to lift

It was a perfect condo for our few day ski trip. It is small, but has lots of hooks to hang ski clothes, mittens, etc. It was clean and comfortable. Easy to ski to snubber lift from unit.

Fantastic Spring Sugarloaf Weekend

Host was very responsive. Condo was cozy and convenient. Good attentioned paid to little extras like games and coffee pots etc. Very close to slopes and fitness facility. Thank you for making your place available.

Cozy trail side condo

We had an amazing stay at Sugarloaf! The condo was small but comfortable, Karen was super responsive and helpful, and we were right next to the trail! The kids especially loved skiing through the tunnel to get to the Snubber lift.

Perfect ski getaway!

This ski in/ski out condo was just perfect for a great few days of skiing - just feet from the slopes! Very clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. Will definitely come back again.

Awesome location close to the trail

This was a small but cozy place - it’s main feature is proximity to the trails (when it snowed overnight, I could literally put my skis on outside door and ski out to trail and down to midpoint of snubber chairlift in minutes.

Convenient and Cozy

Great place and easy access to the amenities, you can't ask for much more. You can ski, sit in the hot tub and swim just outside the front door! Thanks again for letting us stay at your place!

On Sugarloaf property

This location is really close to the Snubber lift and super easy to navigate. I especially liked being able to pull right up to the door to unload and pack up. The place is small and cozy but just fine for our party as we spent most of our time skiing anyway.

Amazing for family ski trip

We are a family of 4 with kids ages 7 and 10. This was a perfect spot to ski, hot tub and swim from. It was clean, had all we needed (including kids games!) and the host was very accommodating and responsive!

An adorable condo with a wonderful host

We were delighted with this cozy condo, just steps to the slopes and perfect for our family's ski vacation. The place had everything we need, including high-speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen, and the location could not have been better. But Karen's hospitality is what really put it over the top. Her check-in instructions were clear, and she was super-responsive to questions. Five stars all the way!

Great location

Can’t beat the location... across the trail from Shipyard and right next to mid station at snubber. We had a ton of fun here and it had everything we needed. We were five adults and while it was a little tight, we were comfortable! Definitely recommend.

The house is small but clean and comfortable. It is in a great location with easy ski-in and out access to the slops. Karen is easy to communicate with and very helpful. We had a great stay and would do it again!

Great centrally located condo

Small condo but very well equipped and comfortable for a family of 4. Excellent ski on/ski off location very short distance to trail and right next to the rec center. Very accessible to base lodge area. Owners were very responsive to questions. Would rent this condo again.

Cozy, clean and convenient

Property had everything we needed. Small space but had everything we needed to cook, store our equipment and provided towels and sheets! Owner was available to answer all of our questions. Walked right across the road to access ski trails.. downhill and Nordic!
