Great location- great accommodations!

Condo is very clean and well stocked with anything you need or want. The owner is very responsive and kind and responds quickly to any needs. We loved the location and walked daily to eat/shop. The bonus for our family was the heated pool. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Great Stay

Nicely furnished, clean, only a few blocks away from groceries and the freeway. Parking only 40/50 feet to a downstairs door and pool within a hundred feet. Pergect.

BEAUTIFUL HOME...VERY REASONABLE PRICE...VERY HELPFUL OWNER!!

Stayed here over a month due to medical issue. Home is beautiful and clo se to Mayo Clinic, shopping and the heart of Scottsdale. The grounds of the home are beautiful and allowed safe walks at all times of the day. The owner is very helpful and responsive to questions or concerns within a minimal time frame. I would highly recommend this home if staying in Scottsdale. Thank you for making this situation a better experience with a home away from home!

Great location with awesome restaurants and shopping close by. Owner was easily reachable when we had a question/problem. We had a really good time.

Great place to stay!

The entire process was amazing, from how great the communication was all the way down to how beautiful the property is and area it was Located. 10/10 would stay there again and I would definitely recommend to travelers going to that area!

Perfect for all my needs. Condo did not lack for a thing.

You definitely know you are in Arizona while staying in this beautiful warm and inviting territorial style condo complex surrounded by red rock mountains in an upscale residential neighborhood. Being right off the 201 you have shopping, dining, nightlife, greenways and even a large hospital within walking/ biking distance. This comfortable condo was well equipped with everything for my months stay. I lacked for nothing and the owners were just the best. Oh yes, I must mention the large pool area with hot tub and fireplace, tennis courts, small workout room and wonderful friendly neighbors. Wish I could have just moved in☺!

Better than I expected!!

This condo is just a short drive to grocery store and shopping centers. The pool was nice and clean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

Great location - easy to get around to restaurants, golf courses and all parts of the metro area. The condo being located on the 1st floor and near to the pool was a plus. The condo was clean, well maintained, and the beds were comfortable.

Great Location

This condo is well equipped and close to everything - many places you can walk to instead of driving such as restaurants, shopping and the library, etc. Plus you have two nice pools in the complex. Owners are very helpful and always available if needed.

Perfect Location we had a great holiday here, can walk to restaurants and bar condo has everything you need and was really comfortable Jim and Diane were great to deal with especially with us coming from overseas, made payment easy will visit for sure again thanks !!

Great Value for Comfort and Location!

We just stayed at this property over the Easter break and were very pleased with our choice. The complex was very quiet, which was wonderful over what could have been a busy time. The condo itself was very comfortable with lots of room, and a lovely east facing lanai, perfect for morning coffees. The pool was large, and a wonderful temperature, as not all pools in pheonix are heated at this time. The location cant be beat! 20 Min to the airport, and just off the 101, with access to everything. We enjoyed the walking/biking path 2 min away, that goes all the way to Tempe!
