Välkommen till Unit 304, beläget på tredje våningen i Waterpointe 1 i Windy Hill-delen av North Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Njut av din morgondrink från balkongen som har direkt fri utsikt över Atlanten.

Nyligen renoverad enhet 304 är en 3 sovrum / 2 bad enhet perfekt för familjer, golf resor, för en par getaway eller en lång helg på stranden.

Enhet 304 har tillgång till balkongen vid havet från både vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Denna enhet har ett fullt utrustat kök med alla större apparater inklusive tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vardagsrummet och master är utrustade med tv-apparater.

Det finns en king size-säng i sovrummet, en drottning i huvudrummet rum och 2 enkelsängar i det andra rummet.

Waterpointe 1 ligger på 4619 South Ocean Blvd i Windy Hill Beach i North Myrtle Beach SC, och är det perfekta stället för en lugn tillflyktsort. Windy Hill är välkänt för sin lugna familjevänliga atmosfär, borta från folkmassorna och bullret från huvudgatan eller staden Myrtle Beach, men ändå ligger mindre än 5 minuter från dussintals restauranger och aktiviteter.

Awesome place to stay!

So thankful we got to stay at the amazing place again. We look forward to this stay every year. Waking up with a breath taking view is remarkable. The people in the entire building are always so helpful and friendly!

Great location!

Great location on the beach

The condo fit our needs well and right on the ocean decorated very beachy and comfortable. No complaints on the actual condo, but indoor pool and hot tub are very small. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it 😊

Home away from home

This condo made for a great vacation experience. The condo was so nicely decorated that it was so comfortable. It was home away from home. It had the necessities to - coffee pot, Kcup or regular pot, tv, and wi-fii.

Enjoyable stay

Randy and Debby is always available to assist when needed. They even helped us with late checkout. Property was very well maintained, clean and lovely. Debbie works hard to have activities planned which was enjoyed by everyone who participated. I’ve talked some of my friends to stay there. Looking forward to spending my beach time at Waterpoint 1. Great Stay

After a few bad experiences with lodging, this was our first stay in North Myrtle Beach in several years. Being a little skeptical of returning to the Myrtle Beach area, we booked unit 304 at Waterpointe I for four nights and we were not disappointed. The condo is furnished well, clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The building is older but was very well-maintained. I never saw one grain of sand in the lobby as it was always kept spotless. As for location, it was great. WP I is in a predominant residential area so there was never much vehicle traffic. My wife and I rode our bikes nearly every night without any problems. There's a bike rack on location as well. We highly recommend the condo.

Wonderful experience ready to come again!

We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived! Everyone in the building is always so friendly and nice! Everything is so convenient and close by. The view of the ocean and short walk to the beach everyday is wonderful. Can’t wait to come back next year!! We always look forward to our stay here every year!

Great place

Great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Looked exactly like the photos. Easy access to the beach and pools. A bit of a wait at check-in for elevators and carts, but nothing excessive. Checking out was very easy. We didn't realize we would need to park across the street until after we booked, but it was a minor inconvenience. All in all, we would happily stay again without hesitation.

You won't be disappointed

What a wonderful place to stay,we have going to Waterpoint 1 for years and we love it there. We have stayed in various condos and have never had a complaint. We just stayed in condo 304 and I just loved it, very well equipped comfy beds.It was very clean and welcoming. Randy and Debbie are Awesome people and they are very attentive to any concerns or information on things to do.They even have little craft nights in the lobby. You will not be disappointed staying at Waterpoint 1. Looking forward to next year. Thank you Randy & Debbie 😁🤗🌭🌴🏖

Wonderful Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just perfect. A great view, very very clean, close to restaurants (we thoroughly enjoyed Joes Bar and Grill) . The beach was gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo with great ocean views

Our new favorite vacation spot at Myrtle Beach. The booking and check-in were seamless. Parking was easy! The condo is beautiful and the views from the balcony are great! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the Keurig. Thoroughly enjoyed the comfy couch and the recliner was my husbands favorite spot. The master bed had a very firm foam mattress so not our favorite for comfort but that is personal choice. So many eateries nearby and there is a Starbucks less then a mile away! Oftentimes vacation rentals have limited cable access but we had a wide variety of channels PLUS Netflix/Hulu access and the internet was great! We loved it so much we have already booked a stay at one of the other condos managed by Happy Crab Vacations for spring Break. We will be back AGAIN and AGAIN!

The place was very clean as we had seen someone always cleaning and sanitizing. Our unit was also clean and nice remodeled. We enjoyed the family-friendly area with no issues or complaints. Definitely recommend this unit and facility.

It was a great week of family memories!!

Stayed in WaterPointe I last year, and we wanted to stay here again this year. In fact, we didn’t even consider any other place. Building is very clean and well maintained, as is the individual condos. With two different stays, I can honestly say I have no complaints!!

Ketter 2021 Vacation

Our Family has vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the past 30 years. This year we booked our vacation at Waterpointe 1 (unit 304) and enjoyed everything about this condo. It was very clean and the view was amazing! We hope to stay there for our next vacation.
