Very nicely appointed Unit; have been here a dozen times before to HK complex. Safe is not working in this Unit, reported to Coldwell Banker but no response from them. This Unit is in our Top 3 for sure !!

Nicely remodeled condo

The check-in process and booking were very streamlined through Coldwell Banker and the property was nicely remodeled very clean and in a great location in Kihei! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Bed and couch comfortable. Four great beach chairs, towels and a folding wagon to transport gear. I highly recommended this property and would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Getaway

Great property that was a nice way to spend our week. The bed was great and super comfortable. Amazing start and welcome basket. A bit of a musty smell, but nothing that opening the windows couldn't removed. Awesome place and space!

Comfortable, Clean, Family Condo

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of this property! It had all the amenities and we really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. Our son especially loved the Hale Kamaole Conch Band at sunset. The beach access is great and we would definitely stay again.

Great location and very comfortable

Wonderful location and we could view the sunset from our patio.. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to be close to the barbecue area and pool. The walk to Kamaoli 3 very convenient.

The property was nice. They were remodeling the unit above us and Justin was very helpful in working it out. The only suggestions I have is that the owners use half the closet in the bedroom which leaves little space for the guests. Also it is good to have plates and utensils, but there were so many that there was no place to put the groceries we bought. That being said, I would stay here again anytime.

The condo and property were clean and beautiful! Perfect size for 3 of us and love the location!! The amenities were lacking compared to other units-Chairs were broken, no umbrella or boogie boards.

My stay was a pure delight. The property itself is beautiful and the various people connected with it were extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything you need for a pleasant Maui stay!

Absolutely loved this property! It was clean, organized and better than we expected it to be. The property is directly across Kamoele beach 1 and 2 with many restaurants/ food trucks located nearby. Super convenient! The bed was comfortable and the lanai was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We would definitely stay again!

A great family place to be in Kihei

Layout great! Furniture very comfortable without being overly "beachy." Plenty of kitchen items, serving pieces, and glasses, dishes, cups, and bowls. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. All-in-all, a place to come back to.

Rest, relax, and beach vacation

My husband and I stayed for two weeks and were extremely happy with everything at this condo unit. This trip was purely about relaxing for us. We cooked in and ate out. Bed is very comfortable, it was such an easy walk to the beach across the street, AC works great, great view of sunsets from patio, management is very responsive, nice walk to restaurants and shopping as well. It was exactly what we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo - easy check in, great location. Clean and had everything you need. Also nice extras provided like extra large towels for the beach and beach chairs. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect place.

This condo is great. Quiet and can see the ocean. Place was clean and nicely set up. Comfy bed (and couch). Communication was great with CB Vacations (I left something in the condo and they made arrangements for me to get it back). This was second time staying in this unit and would for sure stay again. Wish We Were Still There!

The condo is very well decorated and inviting. Mornings and evenings on the patio are so relaxing, with the ocean view a definite plus. We hope to return soon to have this experience again. I would highly recommend condo 121! As an aside, for the tea drinkers, a kettle to heat water on the stove would have been great. The kitchen, otherwise, had absolutely everything we needed and was sparkling clean.

Fantastic Condo

The condo was just as described. Very clean and updated. Bed was comfy, condo was stocked with towels, laundry detergent and plenty of dishes. They do have chairs, a small cooler and some sand toys for children. We loved the lani and the views were fantastic. My husband and I would walk across the street every night at 5:30 to watch the beautiful sunset. The bbq are can get a bit busy so plan accordingly as they only have to gas grills and the rest are charcoal only.
