Vackert hus nära Nob Hill (2. 3 mil), CNM (1 kvarter), UNM (0. 8 miles) och ett kvarter från den vackra Roosevelt parken 6 minuter från Albuquerque International Airport. Ligger vid Nob Hill; lugnt, vänligt, fredligt, säkert område med mycket charm. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett vardagsrum med en soffa som kan omvandlas till queen size-säng. Clean, comfortable, nicely appointed historic house. Offstreet parking andlocation was a quick drive from downtown also over to UNM. Neighborhood was quiet and host communicated quickly and clearly. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a cute place to stay. Very clean. It had everything i needed. Owner responded quickly to any question i had. Would definitely recommend and stay again if back in New Mexico.

Great place

Place was overall good, some weird noises ever now and then, but owner responded within the day typically, the house itself was clean. Wifi went out on the last day for some reason. Would definitely recommended

Overnight in Albuquerque

We drive from Texas to Colorado quite often and need a place to stay with our fur-babies to get a good night’s rest. The house was quaint and sufficient in a quiet neighborhood. The bed/pillows were great.

Cute little duplex, plenty of parking, close to downtown and the University. Great choice for anyone visiting that doesnt need more than 1 bedroom!

My dog and I had a perfect stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is great, close to UNM. Check in and check out were easy, and the host was very kind and helpful.

Great house for a road trip stopover

Clean and comfy house that was exactly what we needed for a single night stay on a cross country road trip. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it nice and easy to walk our dogs after spending a long day in the car--there was even a park close by with room for them to run. Nice amenities, great communication from the host, and would definitely stay again.

The Silver Hills house met our needs perfectly, was just as described, and was centrally located. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. The house had every amenity we needed and we would certainly stay there again!

Cute place. Our second stay. Both great.

This is our second stay. They are constantly upgrading the property. The unit was immaculate. The living area was spacious. The private parking off street was well lit. Access to interstate quick. Communication with owner was immediate. He is a very pleasant man. You will not go wrong here at a good value. And, no, I was not paid for this. 😊

Electrical trouble, not the unit advertised, not possible to sleep here, sorry I stayed!!

The overhead bedroom light flickered when turned off. I told the host this at 8:26PM - he did not respond. It was not possible to sleep in the bedroom. There is a filthy GIANT stain on the yellow couch, it is possibly two feet by two feet in size. I have pictures I'd like to post. This is not a gorgeous house, but an old duplex right on Coal Ave, is extremely noisy due to all-night traffic 20' away from the living room. Rajat has advertised Unit B, but what you're renting is Unit A. Surely this discrepancy isn't okay with VRBO? I was curious about this line from his ad, "VRBO is not letting me post pics of bedroom and living room for not meeting requirements." Now I understand: in the bedroom there is nowhere to set a purse or suitcase, or clothing. No furniture but a small nightstand with finish peeling off. The blinds do not close fully so there is NO personal privacy from the outside, including in the bedroom. Not pet friendly: can’t allow pets on furniture & the tiny lot out back was flooded with inches deep water, so taking a pet outside meant going to the unkempt front yard RIGHT on Coal Ave. Worst was that I notified the host at 6:04am that I was leaving to go sleep on the side of the highway because of the flickering light, he responded, "the guest who checked out same day yesterday...she didn't seem to have any issues." His total lack of interest in what may be dangerous electrical problems & sleep disturbance are literally the worst in hospitality. I have pictures.

We came with our / dogs , at booking the property to checking out the property manager is attentive and communicative . The location is great , near a park that I can easily walk my dogs to , nice quiet neighborhood . Property is clean , a little bit old but it’s an old building after all that it is like a cosy home ( I don’t care much for cold motel /hotel rooms ) . The parking entrance is a little narrow but we had no issues in getting in or getting out . And of course there is street parking per other reviewers . We enjoyed our 2 nights here , glad we found this property for this trip . Totally recommend this to couples and couples with pets traveling .

It is a really cute spot. Just what we needed for one night after a long day of driving. Given our short stay, it would have been great to have a working ice maker - and typed instructions about how to use the t.v. - to decompress for a coupe of hours - without having to again, contact the host. But, when we did, they responded right away. Also, we stayed on a Saturday night in a campus area. So the following comment is with that in mind:I booked, 1504 (A) Coal St., because we wanted privacy and quiet for my dad, myself and a dog (with high anxiety) vs. a pet friendly hotel. Unfortunately, between the partying on both sides of us, it was not quiet. But, that is not anything the owners can do much about! We enjoyed the park - and the very cute, very clean, place immensely.
