A NICE 30-DAY STAY

Excellent location for ECU football games!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood just over 2 miles from the ECU athletic fields. With three bedrooms, a large family room, dining room and kitchen it made preparing for our pre-game tailgate super easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Football trip to ECU

We stayed 2 nights here for a football game in Greenville. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to everything we needed. The house was just as described. Had a few tech related glitches related to the TV and internet, but Boris stayed up late and helped us resolve it. If you are traveling to ECU for an event this would be a great choice.

Very Acccomodating!

What a lovely property. The neighborhood was wonderful, outdoor space was a bonus and the inside was very clean and had everything you would need being away from home. We highly recommended this property and the owner was great to work with. We’ve rented a lot of properties during travel and this one was one of the best.

The home was neat, clean and well appointed. South of Greenville, but easy to find. Great landmark, the firetower made neighborhood entry easy to find. Everything we needed. Has a 90s vibe.

This was our second time renting this property. We have had a great experience both times. The host/owner was excellent to work with, great communication. It was everything we expected. We will rent this house again.

Great location and neighborhood

The location and house is great! Very clean and has everything you would want in a stay. However, the tv in the living room cannot be watched as it has a picture that is all messed up so it can't be viewed. The second tv in the bedroom couldn't be watched either as the code that was shared with me did not work so we could not access the programming! The stay is perfect if you don't care about watching tv at all but this was a problem for us as we had hoped to watch college football during our stay! The 1 level and 3 bedrooms with 2 baths were perfect for us otherwise. Will look for different one level accomodations the next time so that we can have access to tv!

April Month Long Stay

We truly enjoyed our month long stay at Boris's property. The peace and quiet of the cul-de-sac, the back yard & deck was very nice and the neighbors were so friendly.

Great location and nice accommodations

The location of the house was perfect for my daughter's college graduation- literally just a couple of miles from everything. Everything being on one floor made it convenient travelling with an older adult who uses a cane. House was well supplied with kitchen and bath needs.
