Cute home that was perfect for our stay to watch our daughters play volleyball at U Wash! Cute little neighborhood. Close to UWash, University Village, Lake Union, and 15 minutes to downtown. You have to visit Irwin’s little corner cafe just 2 blocks away. We had multiple parents stay so the room situation was perfect. We loved Seattle! Hope you do too! With Love From the IUI families!

The property was very nice, clean and in a great location. Parking was convenient in front of the house. The kitchen was well appointed but lacked wine glasses and a full sized coffee maker. Our only issue was some ants on the bottom level to which the host responded immediately.

Our family stayed at this property for a weekend prior to going on our Alaskan cruise and it worked out perfectly. The property was very clean, and we had plenty of room for everyone (we had 11 people). The location was ideal as we were able to walk to some local restaurants and explore Seattle and not have to drive very far. The grocery store was close, and it was only about 20-25 minutes from both, the airport and the cruise port. We would stay here again.

The rooms were all clean, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was also clean and well-maintained, making it pleasant to use. The only minor downside was that there weren’t enough extra towels. Since we have a large family, having a few more towels available would have made our stay even more comfortable.

This is a beautiful rental in a cute little suburb. We had a family of nine total people and had plenty of room. It was the perfect place to begin our vacation before our cruise. The house is very clean and well maintained. The house was not far from downtown. There is a cute little coffee shop just down the street. You do have to park on the street, but there was always parking right in front of the house.

We were a family of 9 the house was great and spacious. It was in great condition and location was accessible to many places. Each level had a restroom and 6 bedrooms. Host communication was great quick responses. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. The house was clean and great layout. We loved the stay and had no issues.

This home is in a perfect location allowing easy access to everything you could want. The house floor plan and bedrooms were even better than we expected. The check in process could not have been easier, and communication was the best. We had an amazing time. This is a VRBO you will want to visit again!!

We stayed there for my daughter’s wedding and it was very convenient to the location. It was very clean! There is a lot of steep stairs and my husband and I both have some back issues but we got through it. The couch was not the most comfortable but we were not there to lounge lol. All in all it was perfect for what we needed.
