Upplev verkligt bergslevande liv när du njuter i din privata badtunna på däck med utsikt över berget och skidåkare som åker skidor vid 4 O'Clock Run!
Denna skid-in, ski-out 4 sovrum, 4 1/2 badrum stadsbostad är den perfekta platsen att komma hem till efter en dag på berget eller njuta av allt annat som Breckenridge har att erbjuda! Vårt rymliga hem har tre nivåer av bostadsyta så att din grupp kan spridas med gott om plats för alla. Det har till och med ett spelrum i källaren med dart, brädspel, kort och en Wii så barnen (eller vuxna!) kan ha en rolig kväll tillsammans efter deras äventyrsdag på kullen.
Njut av vacker utsikt över berget / skidbacken från vardagsrummet medan du kryper upp framför spisen eller tittar på en film eller ett sportevenemang på 65 "TV. Vårt hem har gratis Wifi, kabel och Netflix. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i källaren så att du kan packa mindre och ha torra skidkläder! Placera dina stövlar vid den strålande värmaren i garaget för torra, varma stövlar varje dag!
Det finns ett uppvärmt garage samt en uppfartplats för två fordon. För att komma till skidbacken, gå (eller åka) ungefär 30 meter till leden till 4 O’Clock Run och du är på väg!
Downtown Breckenridge ligger bara en 4 minuters bilresa bort (1. 4 miles) eller hoppa på gratisbuss via busshållplatsen .4 miles away (~ 8 minuters promenad).

Great visit

Overall a wonderful place, just steps (about 150) from the slopes; very nice amenities including a great hot tub. Good quality furnishings. Plenty of space. Good parking. What made it really special was a particular post departure follow up from Vicki - one of the guests left something - and she was incredibly gracious and helpful in retrieving it. We’d definitely recommend the place, and hope to come back!

Beautiful townhome perfectly located just a quick hike, trail run, or bike to anything. The place had anything you could want, whether you want to cook, grill, relax, or get outdoors, it was all there. Most spices we needed to cook were there. The outdoor table with propane was great for smores, and the hot tub was an awesome way to end the day with a drink and sunset view. We shared the space with one other family, 4 adults and 6 kids (6-16) and we had plenty of space for sleeping and hanging comfortably. We even saw a number of moose right off the back porch, which was really cool. About a 12min hike to Breck base, 5-10 min hike to Main Street, 3 min jog (downhill). We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Great ski in - ski out vacationers

Had a great stay. Short ski/walk to the snowflake lift. House was very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, hot tub and games for the teenagers. Would definitely return.

Fabulous Ski Vacation

House is beautifully maintained and decorated. Very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. Easy ski in/out. Kitchen well stocked. Owner very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Stayed over MLK with 2 families and it was perfect. Beds were all comfortable. Easy access to the lifts. Communication with the owner was easy and timely response. Would stay again!

Wonderful Property and Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations and owner exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The property was excellent for a family with middle age children as the downstairs game room allowed for kids and adults to enjoy downtime after a day of skiing. The location was convenient to the snowflake lift, Peak 8 and only a short drive back down to Main Street. I highly recommend.

Compelled to leave a review

I have never left a review before, but I felt compelled to leave the review for this place. The host is amazing and very responsive and helpful. The location is spectacular. The condo is well appointed. We had everything we needed. It was so comfortable and safe and warm and beautiful. I really loved this place. At the end of the driveway, snap on your skis and ski down to snowflake lift across the road otherwise snap them off just cross the road otherwise ski and ski out and really easy.

Fantastic house!

We all loved our stay here - we were a group of 9 - ranging in age from 14-79. The house was clean, had great amenities and was super comfortable. It was exactly as pictured. We had fun using the hot tub and many games supplied. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and everything needed to cook for a group. The location was great for direct access to the slopes. Communication with the manager was excellent. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location with super nice updated interior

This property is just a few steps (20 I think we counted) from the 4 O'clock run making getting on and off Peak 8 a breeze. The interior is huge with lots and lots of furniture updates, a great hot tub (we used that daily) and a fantastic firepit all right on the deck. The absolutely massive TV (80 inch) made watching movies & sports fun and the best part of all were the mattress and pillows are soft and comfy. And if you've stayed at enough rental homes like we have you know that is not always the case. Lastly I have to mention the property owner was incredibly responsive and helpful when a couple of very minor issues came up. And again, that level of responsiveness is the exception, not the rule. Would highly recommend.

Great property and experience… just not truly a ski in/ ski out ….

The house is really good, plenty of space, everything works perfect and all matches the images at VRBO. We had a great family time. Just one if… this is not a true SKI IN/SKI OUT property. In order to get to the slopes you need to walk down the street 30 steps, put your skis and go downhill… but to get to the lift you need to take them off, walk across the street and put them back on at the base of the lift. To go back walk the 30 steps uphill. If happens to have plenty of snow you can ski on the street down and avoid the 30 steps only… to return you can get off the trail and ski downhill the previous street to get to the house…

Outstanding property in Breckenridge

The house is in a beautiful location, it is immaculate inside. The furniture is very tasteful and functional. It has everything you might possibly want in terms of cleaning and bathroom supplies. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. We had a great time, would go back without any concerns.

This was the perfect summer getaway for my family to visit with our grandparents. The house is set up on three stories to allow space, and is well located so that we could walk to town or walk up the hill for some exercise. Vicki was so generous and communicative and even helped us navigate our way from the airport!Highly recommend this home for a beautiful getaway!

This property is perfectly located close to town and far enough away to feel like your not in the middle of the city. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. Everything was convenient. From check in to check out. Communication with owners was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Location

This condo has everything you need! It is the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in Summit County in 30 years. The hot tub and fire pit were favorites among the young people. The well-equipped kitchen is a treat. We hated to leave!

Best luxury home and amazing location!!

Wow!! We own 2 short term rentals ourselves and have traveled all over in VRBOs but this home is the most luxurious and well appointed place we’ve stayed. The details in the home, the extras left for you, the ski-in ski-out location, and great communication with Vicki was truly the best! We are 2 families with 5 teens total. They loved having their own level with games and a hangout area to themselves. The hot tub was amazing with awesome views. The kitchen and batts were extremely well equipped, as well as tons of family board games. AMAZING Stay!!! Thank you.Vicki. We would LOVE to return!

Great Stay

Great property! Easy access to 4 o'clock run. Not super walkable to town/buses but a short drive. No need to leave the house though- out family loved the hot tub, grill, fire table and all the games. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices and everything else you need. Humidifiers too- they thought of the details! Host was friendly & communicative.

My family and I have lived in Colorado for almost 25 years. We love the outdoors including skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and mountain biking.

We fell in love with this home the first time we saw it. The views from the family room, bedroom and deck are phenomenal. The layout allows everyone to spread out and have their own space, or come together for a big family dinner. The kids love the game room so they can chill out after a long day outdoors.
