Awesome VRBO Property & Owners

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. At the entrance to the subdivision is an amazing bird sanctuary. The house was clean and jad everything we needed! When I asked the property owners a question, they responded quickly. They also checked in with us multie times! We will definitely book again!

Ran out of supplies

When I stay out of vacation rental, I don’t expect to have to purchase certain items for a property. In this case we needed to buy more toilet paper, another roll of paper towels and dishwasher pods so that we can use the dishwasher in the unit. It’s also nice when full size shampoo and body wash is provided but it’s not an expectation, just a very nice to have. The beds were comfortable even though the twin beds in one of the rooms are arranged in an odd configuration. The main couch in the TV room is a futon that is most uncomfortable, but there’s another couch also in that room off to the side.

Go another direction

Awful - first, you will never see a neighborhood with more cars parked on the grass; when you open the door you're greeted by an odd and unpleasant odor; there were spider webs, not cobwebs, that we walked through in the house. We quickly found a broom and set off killing several spiders and decided we would leave, and it only got worse from there. The house is small, like crazy small - think small and then itll be smaller. The master bedroom shares a bathroom with the hall, and the only ensuite is set up like a college dorm. We tried to cancel nicely, the owner said they would cooperate... but they did not. They kept all our money and VRBO was 100% unhelpful. I would never stay here no matter the site I found it on, and I will never us VRBO again. Theres a reason there are ton more options that have overtaken it in recent years and I will no longer even attempt to stay here. The owners knew it sucked and knew they wouldnt give money back. In the end it cost me 3x what I thought it would on this trip, huge headaches, and far more work than it should have been just to get screwed.

Comfortable home in an advantageous North Tampa location

Very comfortable home suitable for one family and 3-4 friends. Within two minutes of Dale Mabry highway for access to all needed shopping. Easy commutes to airport, Busch Gardens, the beach, and other points of interest. Owners very responsive.

Best Stay Ever

Stayed in many vacation homes. This is by far the most clean and modern home I have ever stayed in. Location is perfect-close to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. Hosts are great with communication. Beds are comfy. Plenty of cookware. Nothing bad to say. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Tampa!

Very welcoming home in Tampa. It was very comfortable and well appointed. Super close to lots of restaurants and theme parks. We really enjoyed the place and were amazed by the thoughtfulness of the owners and how they went out of the way to assist us. Thanks Amanda!

The rooms were larger than they appeared in the photos. Everything was clean and modern and comfortable. There is a crane nesting site within walking distance which is amazing to see. quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay. Everything that was needed was there . All we had to do was buy food for us to eat. Everything was nearby. The owner of the house was very nice! This place was cozy just as we read. I would recommend & stay here again as well.

Fun in the sun.

House was very nice; 3 nice bedrooms; washer dryer; plenty of room for a family. Appliances were new; everything updated. Nice neighborhood to walk in; close to beaches restaurants steinbrenner field. Amanda and edgar were great to deal with . Will return next year.

Cozy & Clean

This is a great home for a small family that doesn't want to stay in a hotel. The neighborhood is quiet. The owners are very nice and easy to contact. I would recommend this home.
