I hjärtat av Suquet, enastående duplex och mycket charmig, 55 m2 (82 m2 med uthus) med stor terrass och uthus med saltpool, hisnande utsikt över Castre-kyrkan och Croisette.
Boendet är fullt utrustat med vändbar luftkonditionering, WiFi, TV-låda med ljudbar. Stort vardagsrum med öppet kök fullt utrustat, ett badrum med duschkabin och toalett. På övervåningen, ett vackert rum med gott om förvaring, fönster med panoramautsikt över Cannes och balkong med utsikt över Croisette och Suquet. Perfect Location with Modern touches and a pool

The hostess well very polite and helped us easily find the location which perfectly situated by most of the things you want to do in the area and transit options. The apartment is spacious for two with modern appliances and a beautiful little outdoor space with a housed small pool, like in the photos. Highly recommend and a great hub to explore and retreat back to a comfortable space with some extras.

The perfect hide-out in Cannes

This apartment has two floors and two terraces. A beautiful view of the city from the hill of Le Suquet, a secluded terrace and a small pool for a refreshing dip. In short, all the comfort and versatility you need with one or two people.

Fantastic Hidden Gem

We have just spend a week at Fanny’s property. Everything is just perfect. You could not ask for a better location, right in the heart of the old town of Cannes but still quiet, you can walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops. A car is not needed unless you wish to explore further a field. The view from the upstairs balcony is right over the top of the roofs to the old port. The garden to sit and have lunch's followed by a swim in the private pool. You could not ask for more. We were due to visit in 2020 but due to COVID had to change date numerous time, Fanny was always so helpful in making the changes. Thank you Fanny for such an enjoyable week ❤️

Our Dreamy Home Away From Home

Absolutely ideal. Fanny is a lovely host who clearly cares about her guests' experiences. She was very helpful even before our arrival, offering tips on airport transport, etc. She was also very flexible on our check-in time according to our flight arrival, and same with departure. The photos of Fanny's home don't do it justice! We stayed in the home for a few days during our 10-day stay in Cannes and the terrace and pool make it a perfect place to beat the crowds in the summer. Everything about the home is easy to operate and the area is super safe and convenient. Thoughtfully designed and decorated, too. Fanny provided us with a great list of restaurant recommendations which is helpful as there are so many options in the immediate area. Can't recommend this home enough! We will certainly be telling our friends about this place. Thank you Fanny!! xx

Peaceful retreat

Lovely property which is a haven of peace in the beautiful busy town of Cannes. Fabulous views from every window and very comfortable bed and sofa. Bonus of a super big fridge freezer which means you can get all your favourites at the supermarket and keep it cool. The biggest plus of the property must be the garden area though. It’s so well equipped and we loved it. Great small swimming pool which we were delighted to cool off in during our very hot two week stay. The beach furniture that Fanny provided was very helpful and saved us a lot because we usually buy beach chairs and parasol. The location was perfect for us very close to beach, market and shops. All the steps could be a challenge for some but we quickly got used to them. No complaints at all but a couple of small suggestions. The wifi password could be left on a card in the apartment and the plates/cups etc are maybe ready for a sort out. Too many of some and not quite enough of others. Quite honestly though this was a super five star holiday for us. Thanks Fanny we loved it!

Perfect place, perfect location, Fanny was incredible

This property is a lovely old building in the Le Suquet, which is the old part of town--no cars, spotlessly clean cobblestone streets and stairs, outdoor cafe a minute's walk away, a daily farmers market with every fresh food you could want. You get a full view of Cannes and the pleasure of being away from the crowds, And I cannot say enough about Fanny. She is the perfect host--informed, accommodating, caring, and helpful.

Special Place in the Suquet

Our stay was everything we imagined, and a little more. Fanny’s place is charming property tucked into the hillside of the old part of Cannes called Le Suquet. Whether you take the steps or a pleasurable stroll up Rue San Antoine, in moments you will transfer from the busy cafes and restaurants near the Old Port to a quiet location just below the clock tower of the Old Church. Enjoy a meal on the terrace or have a coffee on the bedroom balcony with a beautiful view of the Port and Croisette. The pool on property is a special addition best enjoyed in warmer conditions and a unique addition to the property. Fanny is a gracious host willing to help with small and large details. We look forward to returning!

Séjour très agréable

Petit bijoux situé en haut du Suquet. Très bel appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire sans oublier la piscine privée. Cadre idyllique et tranquillité. Très bien situé. Fanny est extrêmement accueillante et disponible. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et je recommande ce logement dans ce cadre magnifique.

Traumwohnung im Herzen von Cannes

Eine wunderschöne, gemütliche, gut ausgestatte Wohnung in der Altstadt von Cannes in einem alten Fischerhäuschen. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, zum Markt und zum Shopping. Wir hatten eine großartige Woche in Cannes!

Agréable séjour

C’est un vrai bijoux caché au sein du quartier du Suquet. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et agréable. Fanny, la propriétaire, a été soucieuse de nous offrir un séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous n’hésiterons pas à la recontacter lors de prochain séjour à Cannes.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement est fidèle au descriptif et photos, il a beaucoup de charme, il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel. En cette période hivernale, nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée et la terrasse ensoleillée le matin avec vue sur le port. Très belles prestations. Merci encore à Fanny pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses gentilles attentions.

Magnifique séjour

Superbe maison avec vue magnifique, idéalement placé au centre de Cannes, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et plages. Très calme dans zone piétonne mais obligation de se garer dans un parking payant car pas de place de stationnement (petit bémol surtout lorsque l’on a quelques bagages). La propriétaire est très sympathique et à l’écoute. Merci beaucoup Fanny !

Absoluty Fabulous

When we entered the house we started to smile and shine, The place is really amazing. Even better and cosier than the pictures. Everything you need, quit and peacefull, great decoration, garden and pool . Fanny welcomed us and she did very good. Le Suquet is a special part of Cannes, great to stay, we felt like locals. Absolute worth the climb. Of you get the opportunity to go there, please do. We Will come back some day.

Top Wohnung mit Pool + Terrasse mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

Fazit: Phänomenal! Mit meiner 15 jährigen Tochter habe ich 12 Tage in Cannes verbracht. Wer Altstadt Flair gerne hat, wird die Wohnung lieben: In 3 Minuten mitten im Trubel mit unzähligen Restaurants und Bars / Pubs oder in 10 Minuten am Strand / Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zurück in der Wohnung ein Ort der Ruhe mit wundervollen Ausblick auf Stadt, Hafen, Kirche. Empfehlung: Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte von zu Hause einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus P2 - Suquet Forville buchen. Wichtig: Nach Einfahrt ins Parkhaus direkt die Online Reservierung mit Kreditkarte bezahlen! Die Eigentümerin Fanny ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung wird sehr liebevoll von ihr ausgestattet und gepflegt. Jederzeit wieder würde ich Gast in dieser Wohnung sein.

Véritable petit bijou au cœur de Cannes. Que vous soyez seul ou en couple, c est franchement un endroit délicieux et hors des sentiers battus. Rénové et pensé avec beaucoup de goût, nous conseillons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons nous mêmes bien volontiers.
