Beyond impressed with our stay at The Suite. It was perfect for our "kid free" over night. Clean, beautifully decorated. Dianne was very responsive to questions. Made excellent dinner recommendations. Would absolutely stay there again.

A very special location

We enjoyed our stay in this very special location. All the furniture and decoration is very nice. The preparation for our stay was lovely with lots of little things that are fare above standard. We would love to come again one day.

This is a very cozy place and really great for the area. Fits 2 guests extremely well with all the amenities you could need. We were there for college visits, so perfectly located between Colgate and Hamilton (20 minutes in each direction). I would highly recommend this location!

Gem in Waterville, NY

Loved the property, will stay there on our next trip to the area. Dianne was very responsive and helpful. Property was extremely clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you possibly needed. Waterville is an idyllic small town with a great food coop.

Fall Getaway

The Schoolville Suite is both charming and comfortable. Dianne thoughtfully provided breakfast and snack items for us. The Suite was a perfect homebase for our exploration of the beautiful surrounding area. We enjoyed our long weekend, and we hope to return.

Cozy suite

Dianne's suite is cozy and cute. Easy walking distance to restaurants in town. The Murphy bed is a very comfortable foam mattress!

Cute overnight stop

We enjoyed our stay here. Great setting and super cute. We wished the bed was more comfortable but other than that it was a really nice place to stay. The Waterville Standard Bakery is the place to go in the morning! Short walk into town but get there early, there will be a line.

Great location and accomodations!

Such a cute suite! It is cozy and has everything needed. Dianne was so sweet to provide a gift basket of goodies and yogurt in the frig. We stayed only one night while passing through but would love to have stayed longer. The bakery in town was a short walk away for a delicious breakfast.

I can't imagine life without my family, the fresh air and beauty of the Adirondack mountains and the comfort of my home. I'm known for making a house a home and have put those talents into play in the School House Suite. My motto in life is very simple...Find something to laugh at or someone to laugh with everyday...I hope your experience with School House Suite is comfortable, cozy and leaves you wanting to return.

The Waterville School House Suite is conveniently located to several area attractions.The Suite is 12 minutes from the widely known Madison Bouckville Antique Show in Bouckville, NY, 16 minutes from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, 20 minutes from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and 15 minutes from Morrisville State College in Morrisville, NY. We are 50 minutes from Syracuse, NY and 25 minutes to Utica, NY.
The Suite is conveniently located just off State Route 12 making travel to and from easy and quick. This Suite is private and quiet and completely your own! There is ample parking and outdoor space for exercise and relaxation.
