50th Birthday

Perfect place for big group where everyone gets their own room. Pool, pool table, and plenty of games In the garage (cornhole, jenga and ping pong). Didn’t have to leave but if you want to, close to Hard Rock and Golf and shopping.

Everything went as planned. House was clean and spacious. All the rooms were nice; only 1 was a little tight. (Ice maker didn’t work; but owner provided us bags of ice.) Location was quite and great for a large group.

Perfect Lake House

This house was great. The owner Sid was a complete gentleman and communicated with us the entire time. Checking in and out was a breeze and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during the entire weekend. Highly recommend for your next large family/group gathering.

The Sweetest Escape

My team and I were down in Tampa for a flag football tournament so we needed a big house to accommodate all of us. The place is beyond spacious, giving everyone a place to hang out without feeling overcrowded and use the bathroom without having to wait. The gated pool is still outdoor so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool during our stay. Plenty of space and things to do if you’re looking to book for a big gathering.

Great House

The house was just as shown in the listing. It had a good amount of amenities to give everyone something to do in the down time. Sid the owner was very responsive and helpful prior to our trip and during our trip. I would recommend the house to others and would consider staying again if we visit this area in the future.

Family Time

Great location for a family gathering for a wedding at a local venue. Beautiful property with plenty of space for our family. Very convenient to necessities, very close to an active train track but didn't seem to bother us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great house with personality

Stayed at the house for 5 days/4 nights for a reunion. House is very unique and has some great personality. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out. Outdoors areas were so nice and comfortable. Loved the outdoor kitchen! The kayaks made the weekend for a few of our guests who went out every morning! Cons: for as great as the house is, the kitchen lacked some basic cooking items. It was a challenge to cook for a large group, we had to get creative.

Large space, nice view, off the beaten path

If you are looking for a large home for multiple families with some remodeled spaces, this may be your spot. It is off the beaten path in an ungated community so be prepared for that. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions that I had.

Holiday retreat

Very nice property, well maintained and really nice views of the lake and surrounding area. It was 8 of us and we had more than enough room in side and out. The transaction was completely safe and hands free the morning before we arrived Sid the property manager text me the codes for the gate to get on to the property and the codes to get into the house. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

8 Bedroom Dream House

This property was excellent for our party of 16. This very large home is equipped with everything you need and more. House came stocked with supplies. The pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, enclosed patio, backyard were amazing. The guest room off the garage was such a surprise, especially with access to the beautiful backyard. It honestly should be the master. We cooked alot in the well-equipped beautiful kitchen. Plenty of seating for everyone. We had 3 large SUVs and 3 cars. Plenty parking for everyone. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within a mile. Wished there was a room for kids with bunk beds and TV, but we made it work. Kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables and stayed in the pool. Sid had plenty pool toys and inflatables. The master bedroom was great but no entry to upstairs patio, but the large room next door did have an entrance. Needs more seating for upstairs patio. Love the Gazebo and dock. Only small grumbling among my party about not having TVs in most bedrooms as many of us like watching TV before going to sleep. Final words..Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.
