Summer serendipity in Santa Rosa

Our overall stay was great. The property is within walking distance of thethe beach and good, local area shops and restaurants. There were a few miscellaneous things that needed tending to, but they were quickly addressed. Parking is tight, but doable.

The house is great. love the screen in porches. lots of room for the kids .The neighborhood was quiet and friendly everyone said good morning when doing my morning walk.love the pools. easy walk to them The beach was crowded small area for public beach. we went to laguna beach for a a beachday.

This was our third time to stay here. We love it. The beach has gotten more crowded- or rather, condensed into a smaller area due to a change in laws- but we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot.

Family beach trip

We were four adults and three toddlers. We enjoyed our stay. I would describe this place as the budget option in a beautiful neighborhood in walking distance to the beach. Pros: 1. Easy walk to public beach. The beach is amazing. It’s busy but not overwhelming. 2. Beach chairs and toys at the house 3. Kids room with trundle beds 4. Beautiful neighborhood 5. Plenty of space and bathrooms 6. Host was super responsive Room for improvement: 1. Furniture. The couch was pretty gross with animal hair and dust/crumbs. We covered it with sheets. It was also old and not very comfortable. Most of the furniture in the kitchen and living room were old, rickety or not that comfortable. Adult beds were comfortable. The kids mattresses are fine if you weigh less than 40lb, otherwise the whole thing compresses. 2. There were no trash bags, sponges or dish soap.

Girls Trip

Great place for young kids. Nice size. We had a great time except for beaches. The beach in front of our neighborhood was too busy to go to. We had to drive 2 miles to find a beach that wasn’t too crowded. I think it is getting that way all along 30A.

The Pics Dont Do It Justice!

Very clean property. It had a ton of beach gear that was a pleasant surprise. It had the amenities you’d expect it to be stocked with. It is within walking distance of Seagrove Beach, but if you have a lot of gear, you can drop off with a vehicle or rent a golf cart, then have the driver walk back! You can walk to a few restaurants, pizza, Mexican and ice cream place. There is a grill and two screened-in porches! Lovely to enjoy morning coffee with cute rocking chairs. Could have used a few more towels, but that was really my only negative. Prices locally are what you expect for 30A. Highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful time. Great house and location. We rented a golf cart and drove to the beach everyday to drop off all our gear. Great Mexican restaurant in walking distance.

Great house with a perfect location

Easy access with key code front door. Spacious home perfect for our large family of 11. Screened in porches were great in the early morning or evening. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 pools very close to the house. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating! Will definitely be back!

Perfect for family.

The weather was not great during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach that much, the house was very comfortable and allowed plenty of space for us to spread out and still enjoy our time.

Fun trip

The house was great for our family - large and spacious. The master bathroom was nice with plenty of space for two. We always enjoy our time at Santa Rosa Beach and Cassine Village. Our host was very responsive to questions and even gave suggestions for restaurants.

Check in was super easy since there is a key lock with a pad. The house is equipped with everything you need. The owner was fast to respond. Hope to stay there again next year

Great house for a family beach trip

We chose this house for our family beach trip. It worked out really well there were 2 master bedrooms and the kids and young adults had enough room with the 3rd bedroom and futon. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room and screened porches provided enough space to relax. The beach was super crowded but the walk was short and there was a drop off spot for those who needed it. The neighborhood offers 2 pools and tennis courts. There were restaurants and small shops within easy walking distance and a grocery store was less than 2 miles away. We were in contact several times with the owner and found the owner to be very responsive to messages.

Great neighborhood

We had a great time. There were not as many beds as we anticipated, since the fold out couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. The neighborhood was excellent and the pool and beach were a quick walk and convenient. The beach was crowded mostly but we still managed to enjoy it. The dryer in the house went out but the property owner did we very best to accommodate us. Super nice lady. We had a great time overall.

Excellent Family Vacation

We had the best time at this home. Cassine Village was such a quiet, nice neighborhood. The walk to the beach was super easy. Even though the beach was crowded, our whole crew had the best time. The screened in porches were perfect for our young kiddos, and the outdoor shower was the best for washing off sand and toys. The pools were not crowded at all, and they were so nice to visit when we had had enough sand. Above all, the manager of this property was probably the best person we have ever worked with. She was very prompt to answering any questions and made our experience very pleasant. We loved our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
