After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Mountain Run at Boyne are Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) and Pellston Regional (PLN) which are 57 and 36 miles by car respectively.

A Great location and stay

We enjoyed this little condo for our ski weekend! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I couldn't ask for anything else. We'd stay again!

Central to Upper Lower MI

Spacious,clean,and close to Petoskey, Boyne City and Charlevoix. Nice on site amenities with Boyne Mountain Village and pool. Kitchen was nice for breakfast and coffee.

Exactly what I was looking for

I thought the property was the perfect distance to the ski Mountain and made for the perfect place to stay while snowboarding. The place was clean and just like the pictures. In addition, there was more in the room than I was expecting including shampoo/conditioner, silverware, and appliances! Outdoor pool and hot tub were really cool to hangout in when not on the slopes. Only thing that made the trip harder was the initial check-in because I thought the signs were not clear as to where the registration was. So I made several wrong turns until I found the office. But that was the worst of it. Definitely would recommend this property.

Buyer Beware - Do not book with Resort Pros

The actual property was fine, this review is for the property managers managing the property. Summary: We booked and paid for 4 nights at a ski in/ski out lodge in up north Michigan with Resort Pros (through VRBO). We got confirmation 1 month prior to arrival. 24 hours before arriving, we received an email that 2 nights were confirmed. I called them and they assured us that they will send confirmation of the 2 nights before we arrive to the property. The property is 4 hours from our home and upon arrival, only 2 nights were confirmed. We contacted the property managers again and they said they were working on it. We were upset that this was not taken care of before we arrived. The next 48 hours was extremely stressful as we did not have a place to stay after our first 2 nights. Resort Pros kept telling us they are working on it. After hours on the phone and emails that kept saying “we will update you in a few hours”, they eventually stopped responding to us. VRBO was then contacted. It did take 3+ hours of phone calls, but eventually VRBO considered us “stranded guests” since Resort Pros was not responding to either us with a resolution. VRBO did put us up for our last 2 nights in a nearby hotel, but unfortunately was not our ski in/ski out type lodge. We had to drive to the ski resort for the next 2 nights. We are still working with VRBO to get our refund for the 2 nights we paid for at the ski lodge that we did not have. Life lesson and recommendation for future VRBO users, “do research on the property manager listed for the property." As we were dealing with our issues, we started to research “Resort Pros” and most reviews had similar unfavorable situations like ours. They also have an “F” rating with the BBB (better business bureau). VRBO also has them listed as a “Premier Host”. I hope VRBO investigates this further and stops listing their properties.
