Spacious and newly remodeled comfort In the Heart of Five Points
Walking distance to Five Points and Sanford Stadium. On Milledge Circle.
Lots of new renovations and amenities. New kitchen, master bathroom family rooms and back patio and pool. Covered patio with 12 persons Jacuzzi/small pool. Spacious bedrooms, and big backyard. Along with the Jacuzzi is a fire pit.
Master room has king bed with walk-in shower and second room has queen bed.
Sun/sitting room and living and dining room are on main floor of the house. Living room has gas fire place that you can sit and relax.
Full second bathroom in main floor hallway for guest and second bedroom.
Second floor, upstairs, has Jack and Jill bathroom. Three rooms upstairs. One with California King bed. The other with a Queen bed. The third room upstairs is a bonus room with a pull out Queen sofa bed.
Kitchen has open floor plan with island than you can dine. It opens up to a large Den/Family Room. A mini bar area has wine cooler and ice maker. Kitchen is fully equipped for your needs, it is equipped with wolf stove top, big farm sink, and dishwasher. Double doors in the large kitchen/family room open up to a large outdoor covered patio with an outdoor dinning space.
Or You can sit in the patio and listen to the pool water feature, watch your favorite football game or just get lost in the quiet, beauty of our backyard and watch the cardinals and blue birds and all the seasonal flora.

We have lived in our wonderful home since 1982 and have had numerous renovations to our home, most recently in 2018. We love the Five Points. Our neighborhood is now a very popular area and has added at least a dozen restaurants and shops within the past ten years. It is accesible to UGA and Downtown Athens in minutes but it feels like you are in the countryside.

We want to share our home with people that are respectful and want to enjoy Athens and the University. No parties allowed. We would like to be respectful of our neighbors and at the same time to be able to meet all of your needs.
