Comfortable Stay

Great place, great location

We like we’re able to walk into town for breakfast and dinner. It was clean and had a nice yard to sit in. We are looking forward to our next stay there this fall.

Convenient location, cozy place

I was here for a week. It's close to all things Old Town so quick access to some great restaurants, bars, cafes etc. I'd stay again!

Visiting Family

We spent two weeks visiting our adult kids who live in Fort Collins. Our 4 yr old and 8 yr old grandsons stayed with us. We appreciated the lower level (walk out) as kids do tend to run ;) The yard was also a bonus. Location was quick to Old Town, Lee Martinez Park and the Science and Discovery Center. Our host was responsive and this VBRO worked well for our extended stay.

We loved this property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for those who enjoy riding bikes to Old Town or the Poudre Trail. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location in Fort Collins

Our stay in Grant Old Town Flat was great. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to old town and to bike paths. Check in and check out was seamless.

Wonderful Week

This property was extremely clean and a great size for me & my husband & our two boys. It had everything we needed, including washing detergent and all kitchen essentials. Beds were comfy and location was great. Overall a great stay!!

Clean & Convenient!

We had a great stay here! Kitchen was well stocked, living room was comfortable, beds were cozy, and the bathroom was nice with lots of extra towels. Very clean place to stay and parking in the back was super convenient. We’ll come back!

Great location

In town for our Dad's 85th birthday celebration - great place for 3 siblings and our spouses to stay together and enjoy company for a few days - walked to downtown and enjoyed the Corgi parade. Didn't get to ride the bikes - maybe next time! Perfect location.

Good location in FoCo

We were in town to celebrate our son's CSU graduation. The place is in a good location a few blocks from town and close enough to campus. Clean, comfortable beds in a nice neighborhood. Nothing fancy-we didn't need that.
