Property had roaches. I had to kill multiple roaches a day.

The property is in a great location. Upon check in, two of the beds sheets were dirty but the management company took care of it right away. After a few days we noticed roaches on the front porch so we stopped using it. Two days after we saw the roaches outside, we started seeing them inside in the kitchen and bathroom. We had to kill multiple roaches (small brown and large “Palmetto” bugs) on multiple days. I understand this is in the south near swap lands but for the amount of money this property is per night, I didn’t expect to have to kill multiple roaches on multiple days. We packed up our remaining food from to refrigerator and brought it home in a cooler bag. While unpacking the bag, I found a roach inside. I was told this place is treated for roaches but in my opinion it’s as frequent as it should be.

Great room set up for our group

Perfect for our needs. Mom and two teens plus grandpa. Everyone had their own room and plenty of bathrooms. Good price and location. Plus parking place assigned.

Perfect Getaway Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a bachelorette trip. We had 9 ladies, and the house fit us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and one of us ended up using the sofa bed, which was comfortable also. Checking in was a breeze, and checking out was easy too. Luckily, we didn’t need any assistance from the owner or maintenance. But Katie was responsive to my messages upon arrival and departure. The linens were clean. The weather was humid, and we got caught in the rain a couple of times. So, it definitely helped having a washer and dryer on site. We came in SUV’s, so parking was a little tight, but we made it work. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home for a vacation stay. And if we ever return to Charleston, I would definitely try to stay again.

Great Group House for Charleston Weekend

We had a group of nine women for 3 nights at this property. Beautiful house, plenty of space and was very well taken care of. Great location within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. About 20 minutes from Folly Beach. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with booking was great, too. Only thing I will add is next door view next to a run down shack and graffiti wall wasn’t lovely but it didn’t affect our trip or the house itself.

Clean and Updated Rental

The property was well kept and clean. Great place to stay in Charleston. A short walk to King Street. The property owners were very easy to communicate with. Overall great weekend.

Beautiful house, very comfortable, great for large group

We loved the house. It was as pictured. Comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, plenty of space for the 9 of us visiting for a birthday celebration. Terrific location - walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. 2 car parking - nice to have that convenience. Property manager was very responsive with directions, etc.
