Tillbringa din nästa semester hemma i Plantation Golf and Country Club i Venedig, Florida, bara några minuter från flera vackra stränder, restauranger, shopping och utomhusaktiviteter. Vår översta våning, fjärde berättelsen, 14 fots katedral takbostad är ljusa och vackra och har utsikt över den 10: e farleden på Bobcat-banan i Plantation Golf and Country Club. Hissen ligger bara några steg från vår dörr! Venedig är en pittoresk och lugn stad som ligger mitt emellan Sarasota och Fort Myers vid viken.

Varför stanna hemma? Här är varför:

· Min fru och jag köpte nyligen detta bostadsrätt från hennes mamma och pappa som var de ursprungliga ägarna. Enheten är perfekt och det är första gången vi välkomnar "Snow Birds" till vårt hem. Njut av!

· Sedan vi köpte vårt Florida-hem har vi gjort dessa förbättringar:
Nytt trägolv i vardagsrummet och matsalen
Ny spis / mikrovågsugn
Ny diskmaskin
Ny kylskåp
Ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare

· Vi är en översta våningsenhet i en fyra våningar med en hiss inom några steg från vår lägenhet.

· Hissen gör åtkomst lätt för alla.

· Gå ut på Lanai och se en spektakulär utsikt över den 10: e farleden på Bobcat-banan i den prestigefyllda Plantation Golf and Country Club.

· Vi har ett socialt medlemskap i klubben som ger dig tillgång till restaurangen i storslagna klubbhuset, tennisbanor, junior-olympisk pool (det är stort!), spa och toppmoderna gym. Du har också golf och tennis privilegier. Alla dessa bekvämligheter ligger inom gångavstånd från bostadsrätten. Jag har en komplett uppsättning golfklubbar som finns tillgängliga för mina hyresgäster.

· Stränder och restauranger ligger bara 10 till 15 minuters bilresa från vår lägenhet. Jag tycker om att äta på Sharkys och många andra bra matställen!

· Vårt hem är fullt möblerat och har ett 14 fot katedraltak i vardagsrummet, 2 sovrum / 2 badrum som rymmer sex med vår nya drottningsstorlek för soffa, och ett fullt utrustat kök med alla nya apparater.

Plantation Condo

This condo has absolutely everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. Mike is very easy to work with. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend anyone looking to explore and discover this area to stay in this condominium.

Want to do it again

Our first time in Venice, we enjoyed the stay. The condo was very well equipped with everything you would need. Mike and Nancy was very helpful with our enquires, and told us where to go to enjoy, all that Venice had to offer. We hope to return this year.

My stay at this unit was all good --- clean, comfortable and secure. I'm relatively "picky" and this place was just fine. I would definitely recommend it to others interested in a quiet and relaxing break. The place is not large (esp the kitchen), but the layout is good, as the bedrooms are separated, allowing privacy notwithstanding the square footage.

We stayed in Mike and Nancy's condo in February 2015. Can't say enough about their condo. It is furnished extremely nice. It is so well equipped...3 flat screen TVs; kitchen was perfect. They even left a computer to use if needed. The pictures of this condo show exactly what is there. The grounds at Plantation are beautiful! Another plus was the use of the country club for dinner and golf. We have stayed in Plantation before and their condo is the nicest of all the ones we stayed in. Looking forward to coming back.

Staying in Venice

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo looking out on the 10th green of Plantation Country Club. Everything was new and very well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully furnished and the internet and big screen TV were a plus. It was easy to make it my home for 2 weeks. It was not far from the beach and shopping. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay.

Our condo experience here...

Our condo experience here was much better than expected. Great location close to everything - shopping, restaurants & beaches. Our landlord was exceptional to deal with - every inquiry was promptly addressed. We plan on staying here again next year!!!

We stayed at Mike & Nancy...

We stayed at Mike & Nancy's condo in Nov 09. This was our first visit to Florida & we greatly enjoyed the experience. The condo was luxurious, had everything we needed and was very conveniently located. We swam in the adjacent pool, borrowed books from the clubhouse, watched world golf on Mike's TV, played bridge with other residents & joined in the Venice festival carnival. We had a great time. We temporarily joined the Plantation CC but found that we didn't use it. We played golf most days & there are so many interesting courses around that the manicured parklands of Plantation didn't excite us. Would highly recommend the area and the condo to everyone.

This was our first we stayed in FL or a month. The condo was perfect for our needs and the location was great. The time flew by with all the things to do in the area. We took advantage of the social club membership. Mike was attentive to all our needs.

My wife and I stayed in the Gervaise condo from January 1-March 31. We have stayed in the Plantation for the past several years and have found it very pleasant and the residents and visitors are very cordial and go out of their way to be engaging. Gervaise's condo is really very comfortable and has everything we wanted or needed for our stay. The condo is conveniently near the elevator all the amenities are top notch.The social membership to the Golf and country club adds opportunities to make numerous mutually rewarding friendships. Mike description in the web site is very accurate and complete. We know that any renter would be exceptionally satisfied with the condo. Mike made occasional contacts with us to insure that everything was satisfactory. We welcome telephone contact.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My wife's parents were the original owners of this condo. During that time, my wife, Nancy, and our three children enjoyed visiting Grandma and Papa during spring vacation. In 2008 we bought the condo from her mom and dad. Venice is a great city in which to vacation. We enjoy many of the area golf courses, beaches, restaurants and shops. We also have a social membership to the Plantation Golf and Country Club. Our guests can choose to take advantage of the amenities available such as use of the Jr. Olympic size pool, health club, bocci ball, pickle ball courts and use of the restaurant inside the clubhouse - all within walking distance of our condominium. Special events are also offered by the country club such as pool parties, trivia nights, music and dancing and special event dinners. For all of our guests there is a small pool and clubhouse adjacent to our condo. You won't be disappointed should you decide to rent our home.
