THE SPACE
This small but spacious studio apartment offers an open living room, kitchen and bedroom space. You will sleep in a cozy king size bed or on the comfortable sofa bed which is outfitted with a La-Z-Boy queen size SlumberAir mattress.

While you relax, you can enjoy in room entertainment:

Perfect for work travel!

I love this location - I have also stayed in the next door hideaway and love them both. They are perfect for my work travel to Bentonville - it feels so comfortable like a home away from home. Has everything I need and so close to downtown and the biking/running trails.

We booked here based on reviews and they could not have been more accurate. The place is perfect for a couple, very comfortable and an easy walk to town, restaurants and many sights. Would definitely recommend!

Weekend in Bentonville

Location and property was great! Michele was so pleasant and easy to work with. The property was so cute and clean and a perfect location to walk around downtown Bentonville but still be on a quiet peaceful street.

Clean, cute studio perfectly located

The Blue House is a clean, comfortable, surprisingly large studio within easy walking distance to downtown Bentonville. It’s situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood about 2 blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, so you can enjoy all the offerings from the square and then walk home for a good night’s sleep. A perfect spot - I’ve stayed here multiple times and would absolutely stay here again.

A taste of heaven

2nd street retreat was just absolutely the best. It was tucked away and cozy. You got to park right outside your door. No one bothered you. Inside was nice and clean. Everything you need was there. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure was great. Toilet worked great. Washer and dryer was great. The king size bed was so comfy. Five stars. We definitely give this place a thumbs up.

What a cute downtown area!

The studio was super cute, clean, and exactly as advertised; it's just a couple blocks to downtown, super easy to get to, and super walkable when you get there! The kitchen is set-up for meal-prep and had great glassware for drinks and apps; the shower was awesome and a full-sized w/d made repacking so nice. I don't know how they got this accommodation into this little place, but it's laid out perfectly for a week in the area. The hosts were great with quick communication when we had some travel changes and also provided great recommendations to restaurants and attractions. We loved the Crystal Bridges Museum (world class) and the outdoor installations made it all the better; also visited the Native American and Wal*Mart Museums which were full of information and great staff. We made day trips out to the Pea Ridge Military National Park, Eureka Springs, Thorncrown Chapel, the Hobbs State Conservation Area, and the War Eagle Mill, all of which we would recommend to anyone visiting!

Great cottage apartment. All amenities worked and there were complimentary snacks and coffee. I would recommend. Just a few blocks to downtown and i walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

The Blue Flower was the perfect home away from home on our road trip across country. The bike storage shed really came in handy to store our two mountain bikes. Michele has thought of everything, from stocked bottled water, coffee and snacks to all the decorative touches that made the space comfortable and easy to fall into on our stay. The location is perfect for walking downtown to the square, and the Coler area for mountain biking was a short 10 minute drive. We would definitely book here again.

The 2nd Street Retreat was very attractive in decor, clean, and within walking distance to the Downtown Square and biking trails. It even had a shed for bike storage, which was a plus. The host added nice little touches like bottled water, snacks, coffee pods, laundry detergent and quality shampoo/conditioner and soap. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot!

This property was perfect for me and my husband. Michelle had really good taste decorating this cozy space and making sure she thought of everything. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. Location was ideal-easy quick walk to downtown (plenty of restaurants!). I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect spot for our family

The 2nd Street Retreat was absolutely perfect. The host thought of everything - the kitchen was stocked nicely, linens and towels were nice quality and clean, wonderful quiet location. You can tell through the details that they care, from the available umbrella, bike shed with key, board games, cute soap dish, shades on door windows, organic soaps, complimentary snacks, the list goes on. Will definitely stay here again!

Very sweet and comfortable!! Everything you could ever need tucked into a cute little apartment ❀ has stuff to cook full meals and clean up. Laundry if needed. Even a sewing kit and first aid now who does that nowadays!! Will be staying agin!!

Super Cute Comfortable Flat

Very cute one bedroom flat with everything we needed to have a comfortable and great time in Bentonville. We enjoyed coffee, snacks and water that the owner provided. Also it was an easy walk to wonderful restaurants and great breweries. The bed was super comfortable. I definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.
