Fastigheten Àr perfekt för bröllop, familjeÄterförening osv., 40 minuter till Branson, Silver Dollar City och White Waters. Bort frÄn staden men nÀra kaféer, cykelleder och naturcentrum. Vi har fyra cyklar för dig att njuta av naturen och ett cykelstÀll.

We were in town for a tennis tournament. The property was perfect for our group. Lots of amenities!! The hot tub was a much needed bonus for our tired bodies after full days of playing tennis. The host was friendly and super responsive. We will definitely book this house for future events.

Daughters wedding weekend

The home was beautiful, exactly the way it was described. We were there for our daughter’s wedding. There was 11 of us that stayed, the pool was wonderful as the weather was extremely hot.The only issues we had was the trash on the back porch garbage can, and the grill was dirty,Notified them that we cleaned it up and they were very apologetic. It was not a big deal, The house was gorgeous the property was amazing, we were very happy with it all. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, wonderful laundry room. Space to be together and space to be apart. I would recommend it to any large family, and any large friend group.

Beautiful House!

Positives: Loved the property! Pool was fantastic, house was spacious and had rooms for all of my family, yard was massive and worked great for our volleyball net and kickball game and for some frisbee throwing. We loved playing pickle ball on the provided court and the kiddos enjoyed the swingset and sand area! Negatives: I specifically asked the host about the hot tub when I booked the trip (hot tubbing is a HUGE part of our favorite family times on vacation) problems made the host shut down the hot tub before we arrived, we weren’t notified. When my nephews were cold swimming, we tried to get a warm bath going in the jacuzzi in the one bathroom, but the drain plug was not sealing and the hot water ran out before it could fill up
 Our trip coincided with the host’s vacation to Europe, so communication was not perfect. Mowers and pool cleaners showed up without a notification, we had to take down the volleyball net quick and it felt a little strange to have people pulling up and walking around the house; everyone was professional and it went quick, but a heads up would have been better. The basement was very cold compared to the main floor, we had to close multiple vents to help those sleeping downstairs (the provided space heater was a big help!) we ended up killing 3 wasps that were going under the deck boards by the pool. at one point a large dog decided to stroll through the yard, unattended by a person. We were inside at the time, but made us a little uneasy.

New Year's stay

This is a large and beautiful home close to Springfield and the surrounding area. The home is very well maintained and Simona is responsive and easy to reach. We had to extend our trip by a day due to winter weather and we were excited to be able to enjoy one more day in the house. Tons of space inside and outside with things to do for all ages. This is the best large property that we’ve found in the Springfield area and we would highly recommend it and plan to stay here again in the future.

It was great! The location outside of town was beautiful, spacious and quiet! The outside area and all it offered was great for our grandkids. The kitchen was supplied with everything you can imagine. We would definitely stay there again!

Championship Weekend

Excellent Stay

House is well equipped with everything you need. Simone is very responsive to questions if you have any. We had a great time getting together with family and friends. It was a fun weekend and we would definitely stay here again.

Always a blast

Work Retreat

Beautiful home with excellent location. Close to many things (restaurant options). Most importantly very spacious for a large group both indoors and out. We loved it.

Family time

We were in Missouri for a family wedding and it was great to be together. We enjoyed the house but were unable to enjoy some of the features. We would have loved to use the spa but it wouldn't heat. The host did, however, have someone come and check it out. Some cool nights we looked for extra blankets, and with 14 people staying in the house we had to purchase toilet paper twice! All in all our stay was good for such a large group, and we were impressed with the amount of space.

Clean and Comfortable

The house was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of windows that let in a lot of natural light. The layout was nice for my team to gather in one group and be comfortable. The back yard area was inviting and relaxing. I did need to contact the owner a couple of times and they got back to me within minutes with the answers I needed.

This property has peaceful views and lots of activity outdoors and indoors. Our family enjoyed our time celebrating our Dad's 80th Birthday. Note: there are lots of stairs, not very handicap friendly.
