Wonderful getaway

This was the perfect place to stay. The beach is easily accessible. There are beach chairs to use in case you do not want to rent them on the beach for the day. The pool is clean. Security is top notch. Security does check armbands at the pool and park passes that go into the car during your stay. Very peaceful come 9-10pm. The only complaint I have about this place is the bedroom furniture is dated and the mattresses could be replaced but overall wonderful place to stay and I plan to book again.

The place was in a great location and overall the place was great. It does need a few updates....rug in living area needs to be replaced as it is badly stained. Couches need to be replaced. The back porch needs chairs and not stools. The bench seat a the kitchen table was cracked. Overall, for the location and the price the place was good.

Wonderful location, Disappointing Interior

While the location was amazing, the unit itself could use some maintenance and updating.It wasn’t cleaned well, dog hair was everywhere, and all of the furniture was either broken or completely worn out. Overall, the property was beautiful, location was great, but the interior left much to be desired, which is not what was expected from the photos and description.

Awesome Place

Our stay was wonderful! It was nice and clean. The pools are really nice. All pictures are real lol! Even the palm trees and the pond with the bridge was so pretty fish and turtles! Not noisy, no people drinking or loud music playing we just crossed the street and the ocean was right there! View is also great!

Ft Walton Food and Wine Festival

Four of us came for the festival and it was a great location for that. We booked because of the location and the fact that it had 2 king beds. That’s hard to find! The pool was great as well as access to the beach.

Lovely Spot

Very good access to beaches and pools. Only struggle was that we got in late and the lockbox code for the key was wrong so we had to wait around for the help service to be able to get in. Also the door code for the whole property requires a # when you enter it, which we didn't know until the second day.

The condo was immaculate and everything looked brand new in it. Really nice upgraded condo. Easy beach access and 2 beautiful pools (plenty of chairs to use at the pool). Definitely felt like I was in Heaven on Earth! Loved everything.

Loved it!

The condo was cleaned and came with more space that we initially thought. Loved how close we were to the beach, within walking distance. When we had an access issue upon arriving, we were able to quickly get ahold of the property management team and they were able to quickly resolve the issue. My family and I are already in the process of booking this condo again! We shall be back!

Fun, but will not go back

The location of the condo in relation to seeing the ocean was nice and the area is great. With that being said, we were not impressed much by the condo or the service. Our first night we found the stove top not working. Being late, I waited to contact Vacasa the next day. I sent an email, with no reply and called them. The first guy I talked to was great and helpful. But hours later, I heard nothing back. So I called again and the second person was less than helpful. We bought a bunch of food for us and our young kids, and we had to buy a separate flattop just to cook. They have on site charcoal grills, which was helpful but again, had to buy more stuff. No one ever called or messaged or stopped by to look at the stove top. The beach access that is told is available is not. There is a nice bridge on the property but it does not connect to the beach. It goes to a crosswalk but the other side of the street is under construction. I was told over the phone we had to find another public access to the beach.

Best View Home Feel

For a place not directly on the beach, this unit won my heart!! You can sit on the balcony ... tan, see the ocean, watch 'most' of the sunrise and fall, watch the waterfall at the pond and watch traffic. There are hotels in the way, overall ... it's pretty amazing. I love the home feel, and the kitchen really did have everything to make anything like home. Bring you own spices and whatever you can because the Winn Dixie, is tourist priced, as its everything nearby. This particular unit only had 4 forks. That was the only downfall LoL ... I felt very safe with or without my family walking around the property. Great unit and close enough to get to that beach to really watch 'most' of the sun and get the sand on your feet, and everywhere else too. 1 cold pool, 1 heated pool.
