4th of July Week

We had the best stay! The condo is right off the elevator which puts it right in the middle. Perfect for the fireworks that we saw on the beach. If you actually go down to the beach, you could see the Perdido Beach Resort Fireworks and the Turquoise Place Fireworks. Martha was phenomenal to work with. When we checked in, the room with the double bed, the tv wasn’t working. It was unplugged. When we plugged it in, we realized why. The screen was cracked. I guess by a previous stay. We let Martha know and it fixed that night! We were fine without it, but appreciated the quick response. The condo was clean and tidy. .

Great view!

Overall a great experience, needs a few things updated, like the mattresses. The stove bottom drawer is a little hard to open. But again overall it was great! The hosts were great and communicated all needed information.

Boys Spring Break

Martha was great. Checked in on the boys as the arrived. It was the perfect location with plenty of restaurants to walk to, Waffle House was a huge hit. Plenty of space for the guys to play cards or just lodge around watching basketball. They on the beach everyday and play es plenty of pickleball. Great place for some wonderful memories.

Spacious condo with a great view

The condo had plenty of room for our family. The bathrooms were quite large and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was great at communication and answered my questions. Although the condo is located near the elevator, we never heard it and had a quiet and peaceful stay.

Perfect family condo!

We had a great week staying in this condo! We brought our 75 year old mothers and two teenage boys and the room arrangement and bathrooms were exactly what we needed. The condo is spacious, clean, and stocked with kitchen equipment to cook with. The beds were comfortable and showers had great water pressure. The view from the spacious balcony was fantastic. Communication with Martha was easy and attentive. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely Beautiful 4BR Condo

Spacious 4Br/ 3Ba Condo located on 7th floor of a Low Density Condominium Building at the Enclave. Checkin/Check-out process was a breeze. Property itself was very well maintained and located directly across the street from stores and a few restaurants.

Orange Beach getaway

Loved our stay at this condo. It’s in the perfect location, close to stores and restaurants. The beach was never very crowded and we never waited more than a minute for an elevator which is directly in front of the condo. The balcony overlooks the pool and has a perfect view of the beach. The furniture is comfortable and the ice maker was such a bonus. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Annual beach trip

This was our 3rd stay at the condo and it was absolutely amazing just like the other times! When we get there now it’s almost like a feeling of being home! The view of the ocean is incredible, there is so much space in the condo for everyone and it’s convenient to so many stores and restaurants. Martha is wonderful and we love how easy it is to communicate with her! We cannot wait to go back again.

Great Place

We enjoyed the condo, balcony, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and beach access. Also, Walmart and Rouse’s Groceries are both right across the street. Great location!

Sweet Summer time

Everything was great. Our unit was spacious and decorated so cute. The location is close to all our needs and there was plenty of room for us all. I already miss it. Would love to stay here again. Property manager was so nice and responsive to any questions I had.

The perfect spot for your vacation!

This condo was everything and more. Location was great, the condo was very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Everything is in walking distance, the pool was clean and everyone we met was very nice. The owner check in to male sure everything was going ok and if we needed anything. When we come again I will rebook with this owner!

Martha Salters är värd

We are the Salters and are blessed to be the owners of this condo. We are in our 60's and looking toward retirement. We have 3 girls and 3 son-in-laws, 8 grandchildren and one perfect great granddaughter!! God has been so good to us and we are thankful to be able to share that with others.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The beach has been a big part of our lives while raising our girls and now them raising their children. We have been coming to Orange Beach for over 12 years and have owned our condo for 3 years. We love the family oriented atmosphere of OB. The beach with the white sand is gorgeous and you just can't find anything more relaxing than the sound of the waves!

There is nothing like sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, watching the dolphins and pelicans and if you are lucky get a glimpse of the amazing Blue Angels flying by!!
