Excellent in every way. The communication with the host throughout the process was stellar. The property was perfect for my family of four. Everything was in great condition and no detail was overlooked. The one nice surprise is that the property is located right next to a wonderful walking trail. Beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

Great fit for family trip

Easy access to highways and great parks made for the perfect location for a family vacation. The walking path and pocket park with playground in the complex were an added bonus. The owners shared excellent information about the area in their guidebook and were great about communicating both before and during the stay. The condo kitchen is very well stocked and easy to prepare meals in. Will definitely book here again in the future!

Convenient location near supermarkets, restaurants, etc. slept 4 (including two adult children) very comfortably and all commented on how great it was. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for our stay!

We are from out of state and had a wedding in Littleton. Leanne’s place was the perfect central spot! We weren’t far from the airport, close to the venue, lots of site seeing within a short drive. There was plenty to do and see. Truly was great and would stay here again and recommend!

Great stay outside of the city

This was a great place for my family during our extended 3-week stay. It had everything we needed. Groceries and shopping are a short drive away. It's also an easy drive to get to downtown Denver. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Girls week out

We had a lovely stay at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to fix meals. It was nice to be able to walk out and be on a nice walking/biking trail. It was far enough out that traffic wasn’t bad and close enough in that we could go to the city without much hassle. Would have liked some options for recycling, but otherwise, it was a great place that I would return to.

2nd stay at this property!

We live outside of Chicago and this property is located near my in-laws so we’ve stayed here twice now while we visit them. The check in process is easy and the property is very clean and feels like a comfortable home away from home for us. There are tons of dishes and lots of kitchen accessories like a toaster, blender, crockpot, etc so you have than what you need for your stay. We will visit again next year 😃

Cozy, Clean & Comfortable

This comfy and clean condo was perfect for our stay while visiting family and friends in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality cookware and bakeware. The private garage was a plus with having direct access into the condo. The walking path leading to a fun play area and a picnic gazebo was a hit with the kids. Check-in was easy and there was prompt communication with owners. We will definitely stay here again!

Convenient, Quiet, and Cozy

It was a great location. It was quiet. The condo was beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked. My, well my kids, only issue was their bed rooms didn’t have a tv in them. But overall it was amazing and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Home was clean

The home was very clean and beds were very comfortable only thing was it was extremely cold in the apartment and being that it was cold outside it was very hard to be comfortable we couldn’t change thermostat it was stuck on 67 degrees with it being 20 degrees at night it was also a pan left in the oven which caused a horrible smell I had to clean out oven and pan to get rid of smell other than that my stay was ok

Great rental for long vacation

This property worked out great for my family. We have three little ones under the age of 3 1/2. Having the full size kitchen is a must. Also the condo was within walking distance of playgrounds. There's a grocery store nearby. And the laundry/dryer unit was a must have as well. Everything worked out great. My only 2 cents to add would be to have a booster seat and highchair available in the unit to make it more family friendly. I had family in town who lent us a highchair. The countertop high table was a challenge for my three year old to eat at and it would have been nice to have a booster seat as well. Overall, we had a great experience with Leanne and this property.

We had a very nice time there. It is a spacious and beautifully furnished apartment. The residential area is very central and pleasant. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, and if you have any questions, you can quickly reach someone. The contact was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our family. So much nicer than having multiple hotel rooms. The condo was clean and well stocked. Mini Denver Getaway

The townhome was exactly as described and accommodated all of our needs. The grounds were maintained beautifully too! We visited Parker, Golden, Red Rocks and Idaho Springs during our visit and the location made it easy for travel. Leanne was great to work with and I would highly recommend their property if you’re planning on traveling to Denver

Great Condo just outside of Denver

We had a great time staying at this condo. Having three separate bedroom for each of us gals was fabulous. Inside garage connected the unit was nice. There was about 15 stair into the unit. Well decorated and many amenities. Well stocked kitchen.
