INGEN RENGÖRING! Denna husdjursvĂ€nliga svit med privat innergĂ„rd (en engĂ„ngsavgift pĂ„ $ 25 för husdjur tillkommer), med egen ingĂ„ng Ă€r en del av ett stort hem belĂ€get i centrala White Rock. Bara en 10 minuters promenad ner till stranden, White Rock Pier och Marine Drive, full av restauranger och barer. Sviten Ă€r öppen och luftig med solida lönngolv i hela, tak över tak och expansiva fönster med utsikt över uteplatsen, trĂ€dgĂ„rdsomrĂ„det och utsikt över Peekaboo mot Stilla havet och San Juanöarna.

Utrymmet
Denna stora öppna koncept svit (ca 400 kvm) Àr uppdelat mellan sovrummet och vardagsrum med separat badrum. Sovrummet innehÄller en helt ny queen size-sÀng med kuddstorlek, med en lyxig allergiven tÀcke och kuddar. Kuddar och madrass Àr skyddade med allergivÀnliga höljen för extra komfort. En stor armoire med lÄdor och bagagehÄllare ger stort förvaringsutrymme.

Vardagsrummet har ny stor stol och stol med matbordsbord för tvÄ. Plasma 50 "tv med Netflix och full kabel kompletterar utrymmet.

Inbyggt mot vÀggen Àr kökomrÄdet (inte ett komplett kök) dÀr gÀsterna hittar en mikrovÄgsugn, ett litet kylskÄp fyllt med filtrerat vatten och smaktillsatser, Keurig kaffebryggare (medföljer kaffekapslar). RÀtter, glas och redskap som vinöppnare, sax, burköppnare finns ocksÄ tillgÀngliga för enkel Ätkomst.

Rymligt eget badrum ger gott om diskutrymme och lagring under diskbÀnken. Under diskbÀnken hittar gÀsterna tvÄl / torkdukar

Utanför kan gÀsterna njuta av den privata uteplatsen med vÀsterlÀndsk exponering, vilket gör det till ett ljust och soltÀnkt utrymme. Fylld med frodiga blommor och vÀxter som tvÄ stora tropiska palmer gör det till en perfekt plats att grilla och njuta av en mÄltid.

GÀstÄtkomst
TilltrÀde Àr utanför körfÀltet. GÀsterna kommer ocksÄ att ha tillgÄng till en parkeringsplats (vid behov) pÄ baksidan av huset. KörfÀltet avslutas av foster mellan prospekt och buena vista, kör ner till slutet av körfÀltet till det gröna huset, den mellersta parkeringsplatsen Àr för gÀster. IngÄngen till sviten ligger utanför uteplatsen.

Perfect stay

It was the perfect location for a walk to the waterfront, and also close to relatives that live in South Surrey. The apartment was amazing and set up perfectly for us and our dog.

Mark was a wonderful host - it was a stressful week for us as our dog was in the icu in Vancouver hospital. He was so accommodating to us and having her at the property. Wonderful location and wonderful stay!

It is a super location, a super flat, and really well cared for and well managed. Lovely picnic/lunch area
 Mark is a considerate host. There is no kitchen, but that was of no concern to me. Good place to be.

Very cute studio apartment in a great location. We walked to White Rock restaurants/cafes each day. Quiet, with a nice patio in front of the unit. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay!

We’ve stayed at lots of different hotels but decided to try VRBO for the first time at this property and couldn’t have been more impressed! It was a fabulous neighborhood, beautiful room and exceptionally clean. Mark was very responsive and helpful too. Really can’t say enough good things about this stay!

Cute comfortable and good location

My wife and I and our dog stayed for a 4 day visit it had a refreshing back patio with a bbq even. Great spot- walk to shop. There is no kitchen but great for breakfast and relax with a sandwich Very comfortable bed , and the host was fab and he even had a dog bed and water bowl ready for us !

Amazing place to stay in White Rock

We had a wonderful stay in Mark's spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated guest unit with lovely patio. The location was perfect and within close walking distance to the pier, eateries, and coffee shops. Mark graciously welcomed us to his place upon our arrival. We highly recommend his guest studio.

Warm welcome

We had an incredible weekend at this nice little spot in White Rock. It's the first time we had the host came out to greet us when we arrived, and that was a sign of things to come. Everything at this property was great, the cleaniness, the small little things that matter like having filtered water to drink, and the things that even high end hotels miss the mark on. Well done, Marc... very well done.
