Vackert kök m / matplats och nya apparater, två sovrum på första våningen, ett rymligt vardagsrum w / 2 drottning bäddsoffor, plus ett tredje sovrum på övervåningen! Tyst, avkopplande miljö med rymlig pastoral utsikt. Runt hörnet från vår 44 tunnland "Avslappnande utsikt - Tyst gårdssvit" w / gårdaffär, turer och en närliggande säsongsmark saltpool i marken!

Detta moderna hus har nyligen renoverats så att du kan njuta av bekvämligheterna medan du kopplar av med pastoral utsikt! Du kommer att älska det lugna hemmet plus vacker utsikt över gården i denna lugna miljö medan du njuter av snabb åtkomst till Lexington, Cincinnati och norra Kentucky

Två sovrum på första våningen plus ett på övervåningen, alla med bekväma drottningssängar på kudde! Ett modernt kök med rostfria apparater inklusive en elektrisk spisspis med ugn, kyl / frys bakom 4-pils bar plus ett annat bord i den intilliggande matplatsen. Droppa kaffekanna, fransk press, brödrost, mixer, kastruller, kokkärl, köksredskap, bakeware, plus olivolja av hög kvalitet och baskryddor är redo för dig! WiFi med strömmande Roku TV. Ingen rökning inuti. Privat ingång med utgångsdörr på baksidan av huset - inga steg på första nivån bakifrån! Två nya soffor i drottningen i vardagsrummet gör det möjligt för fyra fler vuxna att sova bekvämt. Varje sovrum har två nattställningar med lampor, en väckarklocka, handdukar och en nödvändig korg om du glömmer någonting! Fantastisk sida / bakgård för att koppla av med utsikten! Massor av gratis parkering runt baksidan av huset där du enkelt kan komma in utan steg!

Efter överenskommelse: Gästerna kan besöka vår 44 hektar stora gård runt hörnet för en personlig gårdstur på Free Radical Ranch för att möta våra många husdjur på nära håll med vägledning om vem, var och hur för säkerhet och djurkomfort. Det finns en butik på gården för kött och unika gårdstema och tyg / fiber / alpakka gåvor! Vår närliggande gård har också en säsongsbetonad 18'x36 "pool i marken (poolhanddukar tillhandahållna!). Koordinera bara med oss för åtkomst till alla eller alla dessa ytterligare bekvämligheter!

Has potential

The draw for this property was access to the farm but we found out the week before our trip that the farm was sold. We were going to the Ark Encounter and because we had kids with us thought that the drive to the country farm would be great...but that was gone. Would not stay here again.

Disappointed

When booking the property in march the listing described a pool which we were very excited to have. We booked this property specifically because it was supposed to have a pool included. We learned a week before our trip that this was not the case and by that time it was too late to book another property for our trip. The house was clean and we had fun playing cornhole. But it was very unprofessional to not let the people know who had already booked the property that there had been a change so we could decide if we still wanted to keep the booking.

Extremely unsatisfied

When we booked the vacation the add said fully functioning farm with animals and tours. It also said in ground salt water pool. Our request was a SWIMMING POOL A MUST! We traveled a very long distance to arrive at a farm house that was no longer a farm nor a pool for use. It took some time finding a way to contact the host. Once the host was notified of our concerns we were told things had unfortunately changed and that she thought everyone had been notified and aware of changes. I told her we weren't aware and if had been notified we would have booked elsewhere because it was not what we booked. There are also repairs that need to be addressed to the home. Bedroom door will not close and entry to kitchen has flooring sticking up which my brother in law tripped over and fell because of. I don't expect a full refund we did stay there but it would've been nice to be compensated something considering this was all out of our control and we were unaware of. Best of luck for the next person to book their stay. Definitely don't recommend. Sincerely very dissatisfied!!!

Great place. We really enjoyed the piece and quiet. The place was very clean and the owner was very nice and responded tonour messages very promptly. We would stay here again if we go back to this area.

Morning View Stay

We were wanting to visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum and found this place to stay at between the 2 places which worked out well for the location. The place was nice enough but needs some upkeep. The plants and bushes around the front door definitely need some trimming and touching up to look nicer, and from the clumps of grass in the yard, it looked like it hadn't been mowed in a while and might have been done shortly before arriving. One of the bedroom doorknobs was very loose and needed repair, and the half bath is extremely tiny. There also weren't near as many amenities as we've had in other places we've rented on VRBO and beware of the potholes in the long gravel lane if you have a low-riding car. However, the host was very easy to get ahold of, and very quick to respond to any questions. The beds were quite comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our 2 little dogs to run around. A decent and quiet place to stay out in the country, just not one of the nicer ones we've stayed at recently.

Peaceful

We were looking for a place to stay while we visited the Ark and Creation museum that could accommodate our family plus pups. This was the perfect place! So peaceful and relaxing to start our morning and end the day! Really enjoyed watching the farm animals across the way and we saw serval deers. Final road in a little rough but small inconvenience. I would recommend it as a good place to stay! Had just about everything you needed to prepare meals.

Beautiful views, Jennifer is a great Host. We use canes and walkers. Accessible with several small single step up to the house. Comfortable furniture. Step in shower fits a shower seat. Country location but close to ARK Encounter. My husband enjoy shopping for meat at the farm store.

We were down for a wedding at Honey locust farms and it was the perfect place to stay only 4-5 minutes away. House was clean and much more comfortable than a hotel

Convenient and relaxing stay

Jennifer's place was just as described. Our family (4 adults and 2 kids) were comfortable in the house. We had an issue with the shower when we arrived, but Jennifer was so responsive and came right away to help fix the problem. She is so friendly and we enjoyed chatting when we engaged about visiting the farm animals. We enjoyed the pool several times during our stay and it was fantastic! A baby donkey was born while we were there and my kids enjoyed watching it those first few days. The house was convenient to places we visited - Cincinnati Zoo, Creation Museum, and the Ark Encounter. It was quiet and relaxing after long days! We would definitely stay again if we visit the area again. Thanks so much!

Great little place!

The animals were so fun to hear them braying and making noise, but it wasn’t overbearing as someone who isn’t used to it. The pool was awesome, and our kids had fun playing with some other children who were staying at one of the other properties. Beautiful views, and a big, well mowed yard that the kids could play in. A very reasonable spot to land if you’re thinking about heading to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum (a bit closer to the Ark). Property owner had good communication when we were on sight.

Wonderful

It is a very nice home on a farm. Great little getaway with plenty sleeping space and it felt like home away from home. The whole experience was wonderful. The family loved it. Would highly recommend.

Nice place but could use some TLC.

Pleasant place, quiet surroundings, clean inside. Some light maintenance is needed (overgrown weeds, loose curtain rods coming out of wall, wobbly tables, etc), but no issues that prevented us from staying.

Ark Encounter

It was a great location and the hospitality from the host was wonderful. The girls got to swim and play games. It was close to our destination. I would recommend it to anyone and I would stay there again if passing through.
