Beautiful location for a relaxing vacation and birding

Fripp Island is an absolute gem! We had the best time exploring the vast, empty beach. It’s spotlessly clean and super convenient to get to the beach from the property. There are tons of birdwatching opportunities on Fripp Island and the nearby Hunting Island. It’s a birdwatcher’s paradise!

Great stay for us Fripp first timers!

This was our first time on Fripp Island and it was a wonderful stay. The property was exactly how it was listed and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. This was perfect for our family of three (the bunk beds are great for multiple kids). We are already planning to book again next summer! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Great location but parking sucks

We enjoyed our stay. The room and linens were clean, kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the location was very convenient to the beach. Finding a parking spot near the room can be a struggle. The property manager was very responsive and helpful!

Spring Break

The best Easter ever! Wonderful spring break, so many activities for the kids. Location was steps from the beach, fitness center, and dining options. We rented bikes to get to everything else. Cute deer visited us every evening and we loved walking next door for ice cream. Beautiful place!

Its clean, beautifully decorated & close to everything. The only thing i would change is the curtains. Theyre rather thin & seem see through.

This efficiency room was perfect for what we needed. We were looking for uncomplicated, close to the ocean. The room was clean, first floor, pet friendly, and the walkway to the beach was just around the corner. It couldn't have been any simpler.

Great location, wonderfully decorated unit

Beautiful rental in a perfect location. It was a great size for two of us and would have fit two kids as well. We loved our stay and will definitely rent this property when we return. I recommend adding the amenity cards for a small fee to allow you to use the pools and restaurants. It was a little challenging to find the property as we didn't see signs from the street for it, so pay close attention to the instructions from the management company.

The owner of the property put profits before guest experience.

The place was ok, I thought it odd that there was no WiFi at this property as all the other small condos in the complex had WiFi. My issue is there was no TV service due to an upgrade. Ok. We get it it. We simply asked for an adjustment on our bill and heard nothing back... Crickets chirping... It is sad that a financially comfortable Lessor could not even respond to a request. My family has owned property on Fripp for 30 years. and still does. Whenever anything went wrong we went above and beyond to make sure that the renter was comfortable. At the end of the day it is about your reputation and what you stand for. Good Luck Sand Cadtle Management!
