Sovrum 1 våningssängar, sovrum 2- master queen size-säng, sovrum 3 - utdragbar säng. Kök komplett med diskmaskin, Keurig etc. Komplett med 3 cyklar, utomhusdusch, solstolar och parasoller. Perfect

This place was truly perfect…had everything we needed for a beach stay. The location is spectacular and the whole process was so simple and easy. Frank was a great communicator and everything was very smooth. He truly made it very easy. I definitely highly recommend and absolutely will stay again.

Peace of mind

Lovely stay, close to beach and beautiful and clean property. Hot tub was a huge favorite, nothing like warming up and relaxing after a long day or swimming and going about the island. Centrally locates, Frank was a great and responsive host, will defiantly be staying here again!

Great house and location!

We loved our stay! This home looks just like the pictures. The house was fully stocked and clean. The location is hard to beat (close to beach) and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Frank responded quickly to all our questions. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing

We love pre-season and this house was perfect! The hot tub is a necessary feature this early in the season. Walk to beach and so close! Highly recommend.

Family together

Such a pleasure to watch the grandchildren’s eyes light up upon arrival! The back deck was perfect, very roomy. The outdoor shower a a great place to get off the sand from the beach. Somehow kids bring back a lot of beach!! The inside was also roomy and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you!

Perfect for

We had a great time in fire island! The house was perfect for my family. The home had ample towels, two beach umbrellas, chairs, a cooler and the essentials. It was a perfect location, few houses from the beach and a very nice quiet family block. We absolutely loved it and Frank was great. Thank you Frank and family for allowing us to stay in your home we would definitely love to again next year

There are no words to explain how we felt the minute we walked through the front gate. Inviting peaceful feeling of happiness, no worries no sadness. Absolutely incredible. We would recommend for couples and families. This is a very quiet respectable area. Our property manager was available if needed 100%

Ocean Beach 2021

Excellent family vacation. Frank's house is on a quite block 5 houses from the beach so no beach and town traffic which was great. Frank was very responsive with any questions we had and his house has everything you need. The only things we found missing was spare TP and no bath soap/body wash or shampoo, which was a minor inconvenience. The outdoor deck and shower were awesome and the hot tub was perfect to use after a day at the beach. Highly recommended and we will definitely be coming back.

Perfect for our family

We had a great week at this home! We are a f98 steps from the beach (my daughter counted) and there is a life guard stand at the beach entrance which was convenient for us. The block is quiet but a 5 minute walk to town. We met quite a few folks on the block and everyone was super friendly. The house has everything you could possibly need. We were lacking for nothing. And the hot tub was a huge hit! It was amazing to come home after day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and hop into the hot tub. The bedrooms are small-ish but we really only slept in them and I didn’t really matter to us. The living room, kitchen a dining room are all open to each other and bright and make for a lovely place to hang out

Easy family vacation

Perfect house for family of three. Close to beach so that you can hear the waves and sleep peacefully at night. Close enough to town to run errands and enjoy restaurants and playground. Owner was responsive to our questions. Lovely stay.

Classic fire island

Franks house was perfect for our family vacation this year. The house is 5 houses from the beach which made a beach vacation with kids very easy. It is close to town but also far enough away to skip the summer crowds. Frank was extremely responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. The beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler made for light traveling on the ferry. The hot tub was perfect to use after dinner while listening to the ocean. We will definitely be coming back!

This house is a short walk to town, but on a very quiet block. Only a short walk and your on the beach. Inside has updated kitchen and bathrooms and climate control systems. Very comfortable living area!
