Nyligen renoverat och utökat från aclassic Isle of Palms beach bungalow, 11 on32nd Avenue är nu ett mycket större, modernare hem. Bli en av de första gästerna som någonsin utnyttjat denna underbara egendom! Den har fyra sovrum och tre badrum och är bekvämt beläget bara 1. 5 kvarter från stranden. Det otroliga hemmet är nytt på hyresmarknaden och har en ny privat pool, gott om utrymme för underhållning och många specialfunktioner för en perfekt Isle of Palms-semester.

Huvudnivån, första våningen, är vackert inredda och ger ett ljust, öppet utrymme för att underhålla och vara värd för gäster. Vardagsrummet har bekväma sittplatser och 55''flatt-TV. Det stora matbordet har plats för 8 gäster, plus barstolar för ytterligare 6 beskyddare. Det vackra nya köket har specialanpassade bänkskivor, moderna plattor med bakplattor och nya skåp och apparater. Detta huvudsakliga vardagsrum öppnar mot den mysiga utomhusporchen med utsikt över trädgården och poolen.

Två av de fyra sovrummen ligger på första våningen, ner i korridoren. Det första sovrummet (sovrum nr 1) har en queen size-säng och det andra sovrummet (sovrum # 2) har två våningssängar för totalt 4 enkelsängar. Båda rummen har TV och delar hallen.

När vi flyttar till andra våningen finns det ett trevligt öppet sittområde överst på trappan. Njut av att titta på TV eller utnyttja utrymmet för extra sömn i utdragbar soffa. De återstående två sovrummen, båda betraktade som master sviter, står mittemot varandra på denna andra nivå. Båda (sovrum # 3 och # 4) har en king size-säng, TV och privata badrum. Ett av dessa sovrum har en privat balkong med utsikt över poolen och trädgården.

Utomhusområdena är definitivt höjdpunkten i hemmet! Lounge vid den privata poolen eller njut av en BBQ-middag på trädgårdsgrillen. Trädgården är en privat oas perfekt för utomhusunderhållning!

Family trip

Beautiful home quick walk to beach. Beautiful area with a few fun bars restaurants close by. Management was very responsive. I’d stay at this house again.

Perfect location, some house frustrations

The location and floor plan of the house were absolutely perfect for our group, and the backyard was lovely. Unfortunately the pool and all of the furniture in the backyard were quite dirty. The dishwasher and clothes dryer did not work which was so frustrating, but the property managers were great about helping us with solutions. The grill was unusable on arrival but the property managers brought a new one on our second day.

Great house

Great location and house. We loved the quiet neighborhood, pool and proximity to beach. Spacious house with great amenities. We would consider renting again but with minor improvements. Electricity issues - several breakers tripped multiple times. Microwave missing wheel support ring. Upstairs showers slightly clogged and bar stool bearings were falling out. Overall great beach house though. For price - these items should be fixed.

Great House/Pool

We had a great experience in Isle of Palms. The house was great and the kitchen was pretty well stocked (only thing missing was a muffin pan). The pool/backyard were the highlight; we also really enjoyed the screened in porch. It was a quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. The rental company was very responsive from the time we booked and while we were at the house; we had a minor issue with a window and they came to resolve it right away. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Isle of Palms.

Needs a cleanup

Garage and pool area was in need of a cleanup and maintenance . House has an electrical problem. Lights and dryer kept going off had to keep finding the fuse box. Owner blamed us the guests for having too many things plugged in at one time.

Spacious and Well Appointed

The home worked very well for our family of 10 gathering for a week together. Comfortable beds and linens, well-appointed kitchen. Inside was clean and spacious with plenty of private space for everyone when needed. I am giving a 4* review for cleanliness because of the black mold-like substance on the stairs from the ground level to the 1st floor. We noticed it the first day and never used the stairs again; however, it resulted in sickness for a 4 members of the family. 2 have recovered; 2 are still fighting sickness. Recommend having it addressed. Our family would consider staying there again as the space worked well for us.

Great spot, beautiful house

We had a wonderful time this past week on Isle of palms. House is beautiful. We loved the screened in porch, outdoor space. Could improve or clean outdoor cushions, lots of mold on them. Wish the pool had the ability to be heated but we knew it wasn't. Outdoor shower was very nice too! Kitchen amenities were plentiful. Ice in refrigerator needs a new filter and tasted bad. Could have more beach stuff for guests (chairs, toys for kids, etc), beach towels, wagon to bring to beach, cooler, etc. Overall great stay and would rent again just wish had some little more extras for children, would make the place just a step above others.

Nice location - house horribly managed.

The properties electricity needs to be inspected. It’s been left in reviews numerous times and appears to go unaddressed. The power should go out multiple times a day, lights should go off when the microwave or dryer is used. This is a serious fire hazard, and also very inconvenient for someone spending thousands of dollars to rent the home. Outside of that, the house is not well maintained or cleaned properly. Staying at a beach house means there will be sand, we get that, but the floors should turn socks black, that’s absurd. The shower curtain liner was moldy and had to be replaced. Outside of that, there is very little done to accommodate guests. Broken bottles and empty bottles shampoo were left in the showers. Very bad experience which is sad because the house is in a good location. Wouldn’t rent again

Wonderful Home!

House was PERFECT for our family of 10 - 7 adults, 1 kid and 2 babies! There was plenty of room, private/secluded pool area, screened in porch was a huge perk!! Too far of a walk to the beach with babies, otherwise would have been fine; we rented a golf cart however which was perfect! Will definitely consider renting this home in the future!

Amazing 40th birthday trip!

What a gorgeous property! I stayed here with a few of my best friends to celebrate our 40th birthdays. It was perfect! So clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the outdoor space, fire pit table, grill, pool, and enclosed porch area. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Close to Stellar

Let me start with the great! We were extremely happy that when we called for a bathroom backup and poor drainage, the company came out immediately to fix the problem. While I had the company on the phone, I let them know that there were MANY dishes (that I have pictures of) that were gross and very dirty. I said, told them that with a steep $345 cleaning fee, I should not walk into a kitchen that I have to clean anything when I arrive. I was told, "with 182 properties, we can't really keep up with silverware and dishes". I was appalled. What she should have said was I am so sorry that happened and I will be sure to let the owner know. Whether that actually happened or not, it would at least seem like she empathized with our situation.

Happy Retirement Mom!

We loved our stay on the Isle of Palms. My mom retired this year and this was a great way to celebrate her. We had three couples and 4 children so the layout was perfect for us. Bummer we could not use the pool - so we may need to come back again in the summer. Thanks again.

Amazing Vacation!

Loved this property! House is in excellent condition. Perfect for our two families who visited in August for a week. Easy access to the beach (1.5 blocks) and located in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor pool was a highlight of the property and well-maintained. Clean and beautifully decorated house. Very comfortable seating in living room area; kitchen was well-stocked and offered lots of storage. The upstairs bedrooms and en-suite baths were very spacious with comfortable beds. Laundry included stackable units on 2nd floor. The bedrooms on the first level were a good size and shared a bathroom. Air conditioning worked really well. A special thanks to the management staff. Great communication and they answered any questions we had promptly. Would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful experience

The property was amazing, we all had a wonderful time. Although the pool was a bit chilly, it was perfect cool down after a hot day at the beach. Impeccable clean, the kitchen was well appointed and the entire place beautifully appointed. It was a 5 min walk to the beach via a path at the end of the street. Sweetgrass made it easy to book and we had no problems. Wi-Fi wasn't very fast, was hard with kids online and parents working remote....but manageable. Great location and we rode bikes all over. The soft couch in the main room is amazing and the screened porch was wonderful to sit at night.
