Loved it!

This home was so perfect for our family! We loved being able to walk to the beach and town. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. We loved having three bathrooms and the bedrooms were all upstairs which was nice for early risers to have coffee in the morning without disturbing late sleepers. We would definitely stay here again!

Another excellent Atay

Ww love this house. It is cosy, the kitchen is stocked. Most everything woked, accept in the master bedroom. The usb outlets don't work, nor did one of the wall sockets. We also couldn't lock the back door from the inside. We locked it from the outside. Beyond those, everything else worked great. The house is spacious, clean, inviting. We are planning on making annual stays going forward. Thank you.

Weekend at the beach

Nice property and a short walk to the beach. We did encounter a couple of minor issues on arrival such as the outdoor lights being burned out and cobwebs throughout the unit. The kitchen was stocked with just the basic items but functional for preparing meals. Overall, the property was well-maintained, comfortable and nicely updated. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Mini Beach home

The property is a condo located in a mixed rental residential community complex. The complex had a multiple pathways around with wooden bridges to walk through was really wonderfully put together The home was nice very clean as much as you could expect with a place literally built on sand. The bathroom had Dove conditioner and Dove body bar, the towels were clean but some have seen better days. The bathtub was wonder fits two no problem.kitchen had everything you needed to cook, pots pans, pizza pan, sharp knives, forks had new sponge and soaps overall the home is really nicely put together . All needs are within walking distance 1 mile to the little town with a great convenience store a pizza restaurant A really good pub and grill called the Pelican it was more or less right on the beach The distance to the beach was about 1/2 mile or less had a wonderful walkway up to the top of the dunes but be careful the way down is easy but up well that was definitely an uphill battle. Wonderful tho there is plenty of parking in the town and and can walk straight down to the beach by the Pelican Pub

Perfect!!

We loved all the space, outdoor shower and the cool boardwalk to the beach. It was so awesome being able to walk out the back door and be at the ocean in just a few minutes. We will definitely be back!

Great location

The home was just as expected, very clean, had all the necessary amenities, proximity to the beach was amazing! Outdoor shower was very helpful. We saw a family of deer at the house, which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return! Thank you for the great stay!

Great place!

We had a great time. Loved the tranquil neighborhood, watched deer from the back deck. Lovely condo, all the amenities we could need. Would love to come back again!

Adequate and comfortable

Well appointed and comfortable home perfect for our family of 4. Would stay again however a couple things of note: Screens were missing from almost all the windows. We found and installed the screens we needed to have a couple open windows. We could not figure out how to get the shower head function in the2nd bathroom to work so our kids had share the use of master shower with us. The dryer had to cycle through a couple times to dry clothes adequately. We could not drink or cook with the tap water due to a heavy chemical smell and taste so we bought bottled water for this.

Lovely house great location

The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. Restaurants, bakery and market were less than 10 minutes away. The WiFi hardly worked in the 4 days we were there. Using AT&T and Verizon the mobile connection often didn’t work. Some silverware and some dishes were dirty and or wet.

Paradise

The vacasa staff was super reaponsiveand helpful. The gas fire place was warm. The kitchen had all the accoutrments to prepare our meals. The large bathtub was luxurious. I loved how close we were to the beach. Walked to the ocean every day!

Clean and Cozy Beach Duplex

The home was clean and comfortable for 4. The walking path to the beach was quick and easy and it had the basics in the kitchen. If you plan on cooking I would bring things like knives and your favorite pot or pan to cook with. The rest of the living space was open and comfortable for the 4 of us and there were plenty of blankets and seating around the dining table for games. The only negative is the beds are not comfortable unless you like sleeping on hard stiff mattresses. One thing to note is the listing didn’t make it clear that the rental was connected to another home (duplex), but that wasn’t that big of a deal. Just know when it says 2 parking spaces it includes the space in the garage.

The house location was perfect for introducing our young grandchildren to the beach/ocean. It literally was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach with no worries. The house itself was just right and very cozy. We had a great time.

Great layout, lousy hospitality.

The home layout is great for a family beach getaway. There is a master bedroom/bathroom and then two more bedrooms and a second full bathroom all upstairs. Plus a half bathroom downstairs. The kitchen, dining and living rooms flow well and invite shared time together, without anyone being underfoot. We had some maintenance questions during our stay and they were promptly and accurately addressed. Be prepared for a little hike to the beach. The home is located in a nice community of vacation homes with a large sand dune between it and the beach. There is a paved path that leads to the dune and a long board walk that zig zags up to the top of the dune. Then there is a steep sandy drop to the beach. It's good exercise, but not easy to climb back up. The home has an outdoor shower perfect for washing up when you return. There is very little in the vein of hospitality in the home and everything is well used and dingy. The couch is upholstered in a white fabric and shows stains and dirt and needs to be cleaned. The mattresses are rock hard and not comfortable. The pillows were so flat and so used that we ended up buying our own. There are no beach chairs, toys, towels, or other similar items that we would expect to find in a home like this. The back patio only has seating for two. The kitchen is skimpily equipped with no blender, mixer, pitcher, etc (again, we bought our own blender and left it behind so the next guest can use it). The welcome book was minimal with practically no information. Basically, it felt like the very minimum was done to equip the home and absolutely nothing more.

Cozy and clean!

Perfect beach house for my daughter, two little ones and myself. All the bedrooms are upstairs, which is nice due to me being an early riser and not wanting to wake anyone. Lots of walking paths and the beach is a 3 min walk from back door. Outside shower is fun and definitely helped get the sand off of our feet before entering house. I would only suggest bring your non stick pan for cook with in addition to spices.
