The Avalon condominium complex at Clearwater is located in a beautiful gated community 3 miles away from Clearwater Beach , It is a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach, Honeymoon Island and 20-30 minutes from TPA .The condo is on the ground floor , steps away from the pool .
NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED .
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen new granite counter tops, coffee maker, air-fryer ,blender, cookware , silverware , dinnerware, glasses etc., the kitchen has everything you need for the everyday meal preparation . Paper towels and toilet paper.

Large bedroom with king size bed , 32 inches TV , and a walk-in closet .
In the living room there is a new Casual contemporary 2pc sectional featuring a pull-out ottoman sleeper and hidden storage. Upholstered in a navy blue fabric, the loveseat features a drop down table with cupholders and USB charging in the arm. The chaise offers hidden storage under the seat cushion as well as USB
Linens , covers , pillows, bath towels , iron, iron board, hair dryer are provided for you, beach chairs, umbrella , towels and cooler .
