Direkt Oceanfront 2 Bed / 2 Bath bottenvåning - Summerhouse enhet 107

Detta är vår havsfront två sovrum / två bad lägenhet. Du går in på första våningen och behöver inte oroa dig för att klättra trappor. Enheten har tillräckligt för att sova sex. Den är möblerad med en ny king size-säng, två tvillingar och bäddsoffa. Det finns två TV-apparater. Det finns en 52 "tv i vardagsrummet, video, DVD och en stereo. Kakelgolv genom vilket gör det svalt för sommaren och lätt att rensa upp från sand. Det finns en kolgrill så våra gäster kan njuta av att grilla i sin egen enhet. På Summerhouse har vi 4 temperaturreglerade pooler att välja mellan på fastigheten vilket gör det bekvämt att simma året runt! Det finns också fyra tennisbanor, två racquetballbanor och en picklebollplan. Vi har två grillplatser och två lekplatser för barnen som är bekvämt belägna i vardera änden av fastigheten. Vårt gemensamma område runt poolerna är täckt med välsmakande väl underhållet gräs med en kort promenad till stranden. Vår hyresavdelning har en vänlig personal i frontkontoret och underhåll på plats för att snabbt kunna lösa problem om de skulle uppstå. Vi har ett litet bibliotek och ett gym tillgängligt under normala öppettider för din bekvämlighet.

Our favorite restaurant was Osteens for shrimp.our least favorite thing was that we live too far away for more frequent visits.The peace and beauty of Summerhouse will stay with us till we are able to return.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Great Except for the Roach Infestation

However--and I am a lifelong Floridan who grew up in St. Augustine)--the unit has a terrible roach problem. We killed roaches in every room, including closets, kitchen, living area, bathrooms, and both bedrooms, every day. And now I'm afraid I might have brought some "travelers" home with me. The unit, while beautiful, is in deep need of pest control.

Truly appreciated the "chilled pool" after a couple hours on the blazing hot beach. Would recommend a pest control service as there were a number of earwigs, cockroaches and spiders found everyday. Light in bottom of microwave that shines on stove needs replacing and the toilet seat in the master bath needs to be tightened. Would rent this condo again!!!

Turtle Themed Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in May 2022. The condo is clean and well-appointed. We liked the end unit and the close proximity to the pool and beach access. The view of the beach and ocean is hindered by grassy mounds/dunes. Our biggest complaint is the furniture. Though in nice shape visibly, the living room furniture is broken down to the point there is no comfortable place to sit in the room. We didn’t need the pull-out bed, but I would imagine a good night’s rest would *not* take place because the suspension on the couch is shot. On the up side, the bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Also, a nice feature is the two sinks in the master bath and the towel hooks and racks. These are features missing in most condo rentals of this nature. We were happy enough with the unit but we likely will try to rent a unit with a better view on our next trip.

He loves cucumbers and will eat them from your hand. This condo was great!
