Vackert renoverad direkt havsutsikt radhus med plats för 6 gäster. Havsutsikt från vardagsrummet, balkongen och sovrummet. Intracoastal utsikt från det andra sovrummet. Enheten är inredd i ett strandtema och helt möblerad med allt du behöver under din vistelse. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar ett fullt utrustat kök, trådlöst internet, en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten, 3 platt-TV med DVD / Blu Ray-spelare och ett Wii-spelsystem för att underhålla barnen efter en lång dag med kul i solen! På Summerhouse har vi 4 temperaturreglerade pooler att välja mellan på fastigheten vilket gör det bekvämt att simma året runt! Det finns också fyra tennisbanor, två racquetballbanor och en picklebollplan. Vi har två grillplatser och två lekplatser för barnen som är bekvämt belägna i vardera änden av fastigheten. Vårt gemensamma område runt poolerna är täckt med välsmakande väl underhållet gräs med en kort promenad till stranden. Vår hyresavdelning har en vänlig personal i frontkontoret och underhåll på plats för att snabbt kunna lösa problem om de skulle uppstå. Vi har ett litet bibliotek och ett gym tillgängligt under normala öppettider för din bekvämlighet.

SUMMERHOUSE 130 AT CRESCENT BEACH

Everything was perfect. The location near Matanzas Inlet @ Crescent Beach was fantastic for beach combing, fishing and cycling. The resort was beautiful and extremely well kept. Its beach access and pools were very convenient. Condo 130 was very clean, the decor was very welcoming and beautiful, the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and the view from the unit & balcony was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again,

The perfect beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being able to watch the waves from both the Livingroom, balcony and master was delightful. Thanks to a rouge tornado this place was entirely remodeled a few years ago. All decor , flooring, kitchen, 3 baths are new and beautifully appointed. It is so clean and comfortable. Walking the beach for miles near the quiet end of the Island, swimming in the ocean or heated pool was so relaxing. You have to be comfortable with stairs. Not handicapped accessible if needed.

Peaceful, Beautiful and Well worth it

Absolutely loved staying here, they had just about everything you need for your stay and having the games were and an extra perk for my kids. I would highly recommend this rental. Very clean and fresh

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was a perfect size for our family. My kids especially loved the pool, I just wish we realized the pool closest to our condo wasn't heated bc it was broken. Last few days we went a little further to one of the other pools on the property and I couldn't get the kids to get out of the pool. I also loved all the beach house decor, I could tell much thought was put into it.
