Helt ombyggd 2 sovrum, 2 bad lägenhet vid havet. Kvartsräknare och 16x16 plattor i kök och bad. Trä kakelplattor i vardagsrum / sovrumsområden. Utökat masterbad med klara glasdörrdörrar. Mycket välutrustat kök med utökat genomgång för extra sittplatser och större havsutsikt. King, två tvillingar, bäddsoffa, tre TV: er (platt-skärm, smarta TV: er med ditt lösenord, HI-DEF i vardagsrummet och sovrummet) stereo. Weber kolgrill, högeffektiva fönster och skjutreglage och höghastighetsinternetstjänst. Plantage fönsterluckor i hela. På Summerhouse har vi 4 temperaturreglerade pooler att välja mellan på fastigheten vilket gör det bekvämt att simma året runt! Det finns också fyra tennisbanor, två racquetballbanor och en picklebollplan. Vi har två grillplatser och två lekplatser för barnen som är bekvämt belägna i vardera änden av fastigheten. Vårt gemensamma område runt poolerna är täckt med välsmakande väl underhållet gräs med en kort promenad till stranden. Vår hyresavdelning har en vänlig personal i frontkontoret och underhåll på plats för att snabbt kunna lösa problem om de skulle uppstå. Vi har ett litet bibliotek och ett gym tillgängligt under normala öppettider för din bekvämlighet.

Love the condo but a few things need fixing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying in this condo, so we definitely like it. But the old TV’s in the bedrooms need to be updated to true smart TVs. We were stuck watching cable or just Netflix. No other apps. I almost went and bought new TVs. That’s how aggravating that was. The vertical blinds are a disaster. Constantly falling. Please replace them with curtains on a track that you just pull across. Mold on master bath ceiling needs remediation. Likely caused by bathroom vent not working. Overhead fan in guest bedroom also not working. One shelf from pantry needs to be removed from the bottom so a trash can can fit in there. The oversized trash can provided takes up way too much room in a small space. We do love this condo, so hopefully these things get fixed and we will stay there again.

This time it wasn’t cleaned. Main carpet full of stains. Linens and blankets rolled up and placed on the floor. Missing blinds and dish ware. Holes in the wall behind a chair. Never had this experience which made me wonder if the condo was cleaned? Took a lot of pictures and notified management. Just wanted to relax but had to clean on the first day!

Kind of eerie at night. You feel someone is watching you! Something going on with plug behind the sofa. Lamp to the right wasn’t working, tried switching bulb from the other, but that wasn’t it. So we switched lamps, had to use an extension cord for it to work from another plug. View wasn’t the best for the ocean. (Bushes a tad high)But understand about erosion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SH 258 is a wonderful unit! Location: Excellent! Kitchen: Excellent!! Beds: Super Comfortable as well as the furniture. Note: Bathtub could use reglazing or replacement.Please note: A broom and dust pan needed and new throw rugs would be a plus.Cleaning crew doing a nice job using Lysol products but need to note attention to the shower door tracks in both bathrooms.
