Dessa lägenheter har en fantastisk fri utsikt över havet och stranden. Den vetter direkt mot havet så att du kan se havet från din soffa. Detta är ett två sovrum, 2. 5 badrum radhus som kommer in på andra våningen med tredje våningen är där sovrummen ligger. Det finns tre stora platt-TV-apparater. Takfläktar i vardagsrummet och båda sovrummen. Hela mattan utom i kök och badrum. King, två tvillingar och en bäddsoffa. På Summerhouse har vi 4 temperaturreglerade pooler att välja mellan på fastigheten vilket gör det bekvämt att simma året runt! Det finns också fyra tennisbanor, två racquetballbanor och en picklebollplan. Vi har två grillplatser och två lekplatser för barnen som är bekvämt belägna i vardera änden av fastigheten. Vårt gemensamma område runt poolerna är täckt med välsmakande väl underhållet gräs med en kort promenad till stranden. Vår hyresavdelning har en vänlig personal i frontkontoret och underhåll på plats för att snabbt kunna lösa problem om de skulle uppstå. Vi har ett litet bibliotek och ett gym tillgängligt under normala öppettider för din bekvämlighet.

Great getaway

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse has the best location! The unit was clean and the aIr conditioner blew cold air!! The kitchen has many silverware items and plates. They have one of each, needed cooking item. They didn’t have paper towels to start. There were a number of bulbs burned-out: all of the guest room, one working in main BR, 2 out in bath and one out in kitchen!! There were 2 spare bulbs in pantry. The cleaning crew should catch this, not the guest.

Doesn't get any better than ocean front

Great View/Maintenance Needed

The “Contactless Check In” was not as described, as the door was locked. So we had to call and someone had to come let us in. The first thing we noticed was the upstairs bathroom floor was full of water. Called the office, they sent someone who stated they would be back the next day with a part to repair the leaking toilet. 3 days later we had to call again as it was now leaking through the first floor ceiling and nothing had been done. The leak was from the wax ring meaning this was waste water leaking that we were walking on. The office originally tried to send out a plumber the following day, until we complained again and they repaired it that day (day 3). All of the light bulbs were burned out in the master bedroom and the master closet. Half of the lights above the dining room table were burned out. And although the ocean view was great from the master bedroom, the pull for the blinds was broken, so the rising sun woke us up at 6:30am every day. Complex, pools and view were great, but this unit needs to be better maintained.
