Hidden Gem

It was a beautiful and memorable stay. Beds are perfect, hot tub was clean, was well stocked with your every need and it was very clean. Thank you gor the stay. It meant the world to us all.

The stay was good

The cabin was also clean and in good condition except the common bathroom. If its having shower in bath tub then that will be the plus point but it was having only bath tub but no shower and due to that it was really difficult to manage two families with one shower attached to master bed bathroom. The remaining stay was good.

Nice Space

The road to the cabin was a challenge. The beds should be replaced. The cabin was nice and well stocked. We really enjoyed the covered porch with the fireplace... that allowed us to enjoy the rainy weekend.

We took my mom for her 73rd birthday. We absolutely loved the home, location, porches, fire places etc. Everything was beautiful. Home was very clean and very open. We look forward to visiting again! Thank you!!

Some good and room for improvement.

Lucian Sorrell road that we turned onto from Hwy 259 was extremely bumpy so beware if you have a small car. The 2nd bathroom was just a tub, no shower. We were not prepared for that being 2 couple's. Also the beds were less than desirable for a night rest. The location and surroundings were great for a nice weekend.

Quick getaway

Property was very nice. It was a very cold weekend and the bedding didn't have thicker blankets and/or comforter. It wasn't until the 2nd night that we found some blankets. Disappointed the cornhole game was broken. Overall, we had a good time!

Nice cabin. Roads to and from are a challenge. The back deck was dirty. Unable to operate the dishwasher or the television in the smaller downstairs bedroom. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Dirty place

Cooking utensils were filthy. Grill was completely unusable due to holes in the grill, burners were completely falling apart and there was a layer of rust so thick it would ruin your food.

Family Retreat

The cabin and location was lovely, but we were disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order. The photos of the hot tub should be taken off the sight if visitors cannot use it. Additionally I emailed twice and called and left a message about early check-in, and no one returned my call. Property management is very difficult to get in touch with.

Hocha good time!

It was a great stay! Everything was exactly as advertised, easy check in and check out process, and great location. Cabin is perfect size, beds were comfy, hot tub was hot. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars vs 5 is because the road to get back there is BUMPY. And I mean like bust a tire bumpy if you aren't going very slow. The cabin owners should all get together and figure out how to fix it or get the town to fix it. Other than that, great stay and would stay again!

Great Vacation Getaway Accommodation

We really enjoyed ourselves in this “home away from home.” We relaxed the entire stay. Ate pizza in front of the outdoor fireplace and had s’mores. Enjoyed the local attractions, including the maze, the shops and the trails/scenery in the parks. We look forward to a return visit.

It worked for our long weekend, but probably won't stay here again.

My review will be directed in two directions, one at the Management company and the other at the owner of the rental. Back patio glass table was filthy and needed cleaning, which we did. This is on the Management Co. Master Bath toilet seat was barely affixed to the toilet, only on one side. Again, the management co. should have known this before we checked in. Ceiling fan on back patio wouldn't work nor would any of the outdoor plugs on the back patio. This would be the owner's decision not to fix these items. My daughter and son-in-law sleeping in the other downstairs bedroom had their bed break at 5 a.m. waking them up and impossible to sleep the remainder of the morning. I inspected the bed and could see over a dozen screws had been used to repair it prior. Again, the owner chose not to replace the bed but simply fix it. Good thing it wasn't an elderly person in the bed who may have been injured. The Hot Tub; the filter was just floating in the water and the thermostat must have been broken because the water was so hot the first night, we couldn't even use it without fear of getting burns on our skin. Once the bed broke we called the management company and they did send someone out to fix the bed, toilet and hot tub filter. The ceiling fan in the living room needs major repair (so unbalanced that the noise drove us crazy) We should have done more research, because it is a 2 full bathroom house, but the only shower is in the master bathroom. The other bath only had a tub. Paying as much as we did for this house, you would expect decent linens and towels. Sheets on my daughters bed had holes and bleach stains. 50% of all of the towels had major bleach stains. Again, this is the owner deciding not to replace things or just putting their hand-me-downs in for guests to use. Probably won't stay here again, mainly because of the shower situation, but so many broken or not working things. There are too many other nice places that we have stayed in at Broken Bow, I would rather spend my weekend somewhere else. As a last note, the handyman that was sent out stated that he could only put the broken bed on metal rails until the owner decided if they were going to replace the broken bed. He also alluded that they knew the hot tub was not working properly because he said all new parts had been ordered. Read the reviews, the broken hot tub has been mentioned in reviews as much as a year ago. Again, this is the owner's decision.

Perfect Location & Comfortable Cabin

Our family of 4 enjoyed our mini vacation! The cabin had everything we needed for our stay with plenty of dishes, comfortable beds, and lots of throw blankets to keep ourselves cozy! The location was great! We were a quick drive to restaurants and breweries.
