We checked in at 10:30pm and the desk clerk was not nice at all,We felt as if we were a huge inconvenience to her.The building was under renovations and every Balcony in the building was closed off.We went to the pool the next day at 5:45pm and was told by the bartender that he was closed, made no sense to us.The other issue was Parking and on the last day when leaving the parking garage the pass didn’t work and I had to pay another 40. To get out of the garage to leave. The room itself was nice and worth the value.

Even though it was crazy spring break week and the sun only came out one day, we had a very nice stay. The resort and room were clean, and security’s presence made it feel safe. Would definitely book again.

City view hotel room. It's a bit tricky to find entrance...behind shops with no valet area for uber drop off. Gym was adequate. Pool and building had construction going on but that is normal for oceanfront buildings. Area is very active if that is what you like. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Great place!!

We had a great stay! The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from bars, restaurants, and even a CVS right downstairs, which was super convenient. Check-in was simple and easy, and everything went smoothly. Looking forward to staying here again on

Location was fantastic!Room was great!Yes, elevators were slow but wasn’t as bad as some have posted. We asked for the waterway side vs Oceanside because of the renovation…we were on the 4th floor…which was nice because we could use the stairs if the elevators were slow.
