Bo på Saco-floden bredvid en täckt bro

Utsikten från detta hem är en fantastisk. Otroligt naturskönt läge; denna charmiga vintage-udde 1915 sitter högt på stranden av floden Saco precis intill den Saco-täckta bron i Conway, New Hampshire. Man tröttnar aldrig på floden ljud och rörelse. Saco-floden ligger bara några meter från en av de två slutna verandorna, där du också kan njuta av pittoresk utsikt över den täckta bron.

Det finns inget som ljudet från den rusande floden Saco, och du kommer att njuta av att höra den från eldstadsområdet, den fantastiska inneslutna verandan (en av två!) med panoramautsikt över floden och bron och från sovrummet. Tänk dig att somna till det!

Huset har sin vintage charm hela tiden med detaljer som trägolv, en rymlig bondes veranda, tegel eldstad med pellets spis och trä accenter. Tankeväckande layout med ett stort öppet vardagsrum, äta i kök, lerum, första våningen tvättstuga, första våningen full badrum, och på övervåningen finns tre sovrum med queen size-sängar och ett badrum. Det finns också en drottningssoffa i en av de slutna verandorna.

Gå eller kör över den täckta bron precis utanför din dörr för att komma till Davis Park, med en sandstrand, tennisbanor och basketplaner. På sommaren, släpp kajakerna uppför floden lite och åka dem nerför floden och ta dem ut på stranden tvärs över gatan. Och naturligtvis är du mindre än 5 minuter till North Conway.

The best spot in Conway

Rich has the house equipped to the max. Just about anything you might need is here. Plenty of room for a gathering. Beautiful spot down by the saco that has a firepit. Also a wood firepit in the backyard with a propane one out front. Very well maintained property! Great for the tubing as its located just over the covered bridge from a public in or out on the saco. We will be back

Saco river house

Love this house, we've stayed here several times. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The house is well stocked. Owner is quick to reply to any questions & provides plenty of information prior to arriving.

Conway getaway

Was a beautiful home right along the river with a gorgeous view of a covered bridge close to downtown Conway. Host was very accommodating and very communicative. Would definitely rent again. Was a great quick getaway for my family for the holidays.

Great Place

We absolutely loved the place. It is right next to the bridge and has great views of Saco River. It was comfortable and had the things we needed. Plenty of room for families and a lot of amenities we had access to!

Right on the Saco!!

The property was as advertised and had many, many things for the family to use. The kitchen was well stocked and all the rooms very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Beautiful location

We loved being able to hear the river out the bedroom and sunroom windows. Even our kids loved sitting in there. We loved walking across the covered bridge to play in the river. Our kids are already begging to return. Thank you!

Incredible location. PERFECT for family!

The river, covered bridge so picturesque. Cranmore 15 min away. Shops close by for anything you could want. It was perfect for our winter vacation with 6 kids ages 7-15. Really enjoyed our stay. Last day with light snow, perfect ending! Rich was incredible host and very accommodating! Pleasure to work with!

So much more than expected!

Wonderful location and accommodations. Everything we needed was there, and more! Comfy beds, clean kitchen, beautiful views. The house was warm and cozy when we showed up. Rich, our host, was very communicative and accommodating. This is a wonderful place to spend with friends and family.

One night getaway

This home was amazing for a weekend up north. Close to the center of town and a lot of amazing sightseeing. The house was clean, stocked and he was great at communicating everything about the property and was easy to reach. Slept 8 people comfortably and had everything we could possibly need.

Perfect Weekend getaway

Everything was perfect . The house is so clean & cozy & fully stocked . The view of saco river is beautiful. You can sit by the firepit and relax or play games all provided by homeowners . The enclosed porch with glass windows is the perfect spot in the home to just relax and see the river. Rich was amazing from booking process & right to the end . We will be booking again soon.

Incredible views in the morning

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Conway. The views were incredible! We had one issue during our visit, we thought a breaker was thrown upstairs in the bathroom, but when I texted Rich he immediately text back and said check the gfi plug…that’s what it was! He was very quick to respond and had everything labeled for easy understanding. We would definitely stay here again but maybe longer!!

Just beautiful, close to town. House had everything we needed and more. I suggest sleeping on sun porch with door open listening to the river. Slept so wonderful. My 1 year old granddaughter enjoyed listening and watching the river as well. She even slept good. Thank you so much for making our family trip one to remember.

Perfect location

So awesome to be right on the river. The views were amazing and it was so close to tubing center that we walked back from the end of our float. The house was the most well stocked that I’ve experienced (and I rent frequently). The host was very responsive for the few small issues that came up. It was amazing overall.

Amazing property on the river

Our family had an amazing time in Rich’s house. Being right on the river makes family adventures so fun and the amenities Rich offered were above and beyond. His house has everything covered, fully-stocked, grill, fire pits, all towels, tubes, life vests, waterproof phone cases… you will literally only need your clothes and groceries when you walk in. We enjoyed using the front patio and rocking chairs on the decks. We had some cool nights and it was fun to sit by the fire, along with the heating units provided. Easy access to the beach across the bridge. The kids walked up to swift river bridge and threw the tubes in and just floated to the beach and walked back up. We all had so much fun and being together, as a family, at the end of the night was peaceful. We are very thankful we were able to stay here and will stay again.
