Takvåningen vid Andy's Castle - nära Shoal Bay Beach

Den nybyggda takvåningen på Andys slott är nu tillgänglig för semesterbostäder. Detta 2-sovrum ligger i Canifest, Anguilla, bara några minuter från Shoal Bay "Worlds Best Beach". Det är 1900 kvadratmeter lycka. Tredje våningen fullt möblerad lägenhet är ett öppet koncept, inklusive ett rymligt kök med ö / bar och toppmoderna apparater. En stor matplats med bildfönster med utsikt över den spektakulära utsikten över det orörda landskapet nedan, medan vardagsrummet och läsekroken bidrar till rymlig komfort.

Två väggmålningskupoler ger en extra touch av skönhet till detta unika utrymme. När du kommer in i korridoren till de två stora sovrummen, kommer du att upptäcka att var och en av sovrummen har eget badrum och Queen size-sängar (med ytterligare tredje säng finns). Det stora sovrummet vetter mot en stor balkong perfekt för avkoppling under den svala ön vinden med vänner eller familj.

3 Days of Sun and Fun

Our Hosts were lovely and very helpful recommending beaches to go to and restaurants to dine at. The Penthouse has an easy layout, comfy beds and seating areas for easy conversations.

Excellent stay

We had an amazing time at The Penthouse Sunrise. The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very spacious and the bathrooms and bedrooms were amazing. The location was perfect for family.Communication with the owneres was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Another amazing stay in Anguilla!

Everything was flawless. We also rented a car from them and forgot one piece of luggage at the ferry terminal and they found us on the road and got us our bag. Amazing people.

Andy and Ronya were amazing. Our rental car company ran out of cars and they helped us get another and even got us at the airport on day one. Despite the residual damage from the hurricane across the northern island, this property was in great shape and very clean. The location was 5 minutes from the airport and 2 from the best beach on the island. I would stay there again.

Vacation

Andy greeted us at the airport, assisted in getting our car from Andy’s Rentals, then led me to the property. Andy have a quick tour of the place then led me to the best grocery store in the immediate area. The only draw back was the barking dogs across the street. Every night! Andy did show us another property he has been working on. Looks beautiful. Thanks for the great service Andy. Hope everything works out with the family.

Bright and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed in the Sunrise Penthouse for over 30 days. This is a very spacious apartment with a great layout that allows for privacy even for two couples. The high ceilings, lots of windows, beautiful views and brightness of this place gave us the feeling of living in a castle. We didn't need to use the A/C because of the nice breeze coming through the windows (each with a screen). The furnishing was very comfortable, especially the beds and sofas. Andy and Ronya were very hospitable, responding quickly to our messages and going out of their way to accommodate us. They made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We honestly feel that we couldn't have found a better place!

Great Vacation at the Sunrise

This is our second visit to Anguilla and we enjoyed our stay at Sunrise. Ronya and Andy are lovely hosts. The Sunrise penthouse is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very spacious. It had everything we needed to enjoy our 8 days. It is 5 minute drive to Shoal Bay East, our favorite beach. There are lots of great places to grab a great breakfast or dinner close to the Sunrise Penthouse Being empty nesters in our late 50's, we did find the unit to be a bit loud at times due to the roosters, barking dogs and being able to hear the residents living below us. Although we loved the closeness to Shoal Bay East, we found the drive to the west end of the island to be quite long in the evening when going for dinner or to listen to live music at one of the many venues. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise Penthouse and absolutely love Anguilla.
