Beläget strax norr om natursköna 30A i den charmiga stadsdelen som kallas Old Florida Village, väntar "Good Day Sunshine" bara på att bli din egen privata oas!

När du kommer in på huvudnivån i detta fyra sovrum, tre badrum hem, hittar du ett rymligt vardagsrum och matplats, med trägolv i hela nivån. Det välutrustade köket har bänkskivor i granit, rostfria apparater och allt du behöver för måltider i, eller en snabb frukost eller lunch när du är på språng. Matbordet har fyra platser, med tre platser i baren. Även på denna våning finns ett drottningssovrum och ett bad i full storlek. På andra våningen finns de tre andra sovrummen, inklusive master sviten som har en king size-säng och ett privat badrum. Det andra sovrummet har ett drottningssovrum och ett privat badrum. De 3: e och 4: e sovrummen delar badrum. I dessa två rum hittar du en queen size-säng i en och två uppsättningar med två våningssängar i den andra.

Old Florida Village är en lugn stadsdel belägen mellan Gulf Place och Blue Mountain Beach-samhällena och består av cirka 75 bostäder belägna på massor med tropisk landskap och naturutsikt. Such a Blessed Weekend!

Thank you for a great experience and fun vacation with our family! We truly enjoyed our clean, ready to live in condo right across from the pool and less than a mile from the beach! It was the perfect size to have multiple generations live together and yet each family have their own space!

The perfect spot

Our family of 4 had an amazing time while staying here. The house is perfectly located across the street from the community pool, which we had all to ourselves each time we went. And with the beach just a few minutes walk from the house, we had no problem getting our beach chairs, toys and umbrella down for a fun day in the sun. The beds were so comfy (which is always super important to us when staying at a rental property) and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved everything about this place, we would gladly stay here again (and again and again and again)!

Wonderful home

Home is beautiful and feels like you're at the beach with all the soft colors. The pool is right in front of the home and the beach a short walk away. The town and food recommendations were spot on. We loved Shunk Gulley and it was just a short walk away. The beach was every color of blues and greens and crystal clear water. There were some beach toys and chairs to use also! We loved it and will be back!

Fantastic Stay

A group of eight friends from Bible college stayed for ten nights at Good Day Sunshine. The house was calming and very well decorated. It accommodated all of our needs. It was so close to the beach and within walking or biking distance to restaurants. The management team is exceptional. No one wanted to leave and wished we could all stay longer. I highly recommend this beautiful home! Five stars for sure!

Great Family Getaway

Absolutely perfect location and home. The pictures does this property no justice as it is very nice and the home was very clean. My family really enjoyed themselves. Too many added bonuses from the pool located just across the street to all the people in the neighborhood that were very nice and laid back. This location was very close to everything, including access to the beach, and local eateries near by even though we opted to do curb-side pick up when we ordered out, everything we needed was close.. My family really enjoyed themselves and we look forward to staying at this location in the future.

Wonderful House

This wonderful house is perfectly located within 15 feet of one of the community pools. It's also very close to the beach, restaurants, and gift shops. It is impeccably decorated and comfortable. It has 3 porches to sit on and relax. It has a wooded side yard and back yard where you can listen to frogs and owls at night. Beach items like chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys are provided. You can rent a golf cart or bikes just around the corner. You can also grab a sandwich or get ice cream at the same place. This was just a wonderful experience, and we will be back again. We'll tell our friends what a great place Good Day Sunshine is. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Restful Vacation

We needed some time away with our youngest daughter. All she wanted for her 12th birthday was a week on the beach. It's just her favorite place to be in this world! We enjoyed many sunrise walks and staying on the beach until the sun set. We definitely soaked up the vitamin D and vitamin sea! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck listening to birds sing. Took a lot of walks and explored 30A from our electric scooters. We even rode them to dinner at Mimmo's one evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Good Day Sunshine!

Convenient Location Great for Family!

The location of this house was very convenient with just a short walk to the beach. We ended up spending our mornings on the beach and the afternoons lounging by the pool and relaxing. The house had plenty of room for all of us to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

Beach vacation

We had a group of 7 adults, 4 kids. More than enough room for all of us. We loved the openness, bright and airy feeling of this house. The kitchen has everything for a week of cooking. The 2 porches are wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. Pool steps away from this property. Beach maybe a 10 minute or less walk. We couldn't have booked a better, roomer, nicer house. Will definitely rent this property again and again for our family trip to the beach.

HORRIBLE management company!

NEVER RENT ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY COASTAL DREAMIN'! The house is beautiful and we love this neighborhood (have stayed many times). But upon arrival we found SO MANY things wrong with the cleanliness of the home ... hair in the tubs, used band-aids in the silverware drawer, food crusted on the dishes and pans, etc.. When we emailed the management company - Coastal Dreamin - about all of the things wrong they THREW US OUT OF THE RENTAL!!! I was traveling with my 80 year old mother and 2 & 4 year old granddaughters. They made us leave with NO apology, NO offer to help find us another rental. We NEVER ASKED for them to DO ANYTHING ... we didn't request a refund or a cleaner or a repairman -- we just let them know what was wrong. We asked them multiple times to please reconsider canceling our reservation and THEY REFUSED TO SHOW ANY COMPASSION!! NEVER USE ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY COASTAL DREAMIN'!

Relax
