Året runt Vermont sjö front hem med stora däck som vetter mot sjön. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar central luftkonditionering, platt-TV med Comcast kabel och trådlöst internet, Blu Ray DVD-spelare, fullt utrustat modernt kök. Mycket välfyllda med porslin, bestick och allt du behöver för att förbereda måltiden i ditt val. Stor 30x12 fot däck utanför vardagsrummet med utsikt över sjön komplett med Weber propan grill och bekväma däck möbler för uteservering och avkopplande. Rummen har nyare madrasser och utsikt över sjön. Ny 28 fot aluminium / cederträ docka med sittgrupp och badstege som kommer att passa din båt om du tar en eller välja att hyra en. Sex mil långa sjön utmärkt för fiske, segling och simning. Minuter från golfbana och tennisbanor. Beläget på en smal återvändsgränd väg på den västra sidan av sjön ifrån upptagen väg 30. Vägen ligger mellan huset och steg ner till den privata sjön fasad och brygga.

Golf i närheten: De flesta Vermont golfbanor är öppna för allmänheten. Lake St. Catherine Country Club är th bort. Tre miles bort och det finns särskilda priser som erbjuds på måndagar. Den nyligen ombyggda klubbhuset är öppen för lunch och middag och har bar. Andra kurser inom en timmes bilfärd är Prospect Bay, Middlebury, Killington, Green Mountain National, Okemo och Equinox.

Shopping detaljer: Det finns två rabatt shopping utlopp områden i närheten i Manchester Vermont och Lake George, NewYork. Lake George ligger cirka 45 minuter bort och erbjuder båtturer / kryssningar på sjön och är också hem för Great Escape nöjespark och en vattenrutschbana park. Manchester är ungefär 30 miles away. Förutom outlet shopping, Bromölla Mtn. ligger öster om Manchester i Peru Vt och har en alpin bild som fungerar under sommaren.

Lake St. Catherine Information: Lake St Catherine är en sex mil lång våren matas sjö som är lämplig för fiske, bad och båtliv. Det finns en gratis allmän sjösättning i staden Wells. Båtar kan också lanseras vid sjön St. Catherine State Park men det finns en avgift för entré till parken. Det finns en State Park i närheten med en sandstrand och paddla båtuthyrning.
Motorbåtar kan hyras för veckan från en närliggande hamn och de kommer att leverera och plocka upp båten från Lake St. Catherine. Vår vattnet är perfekt för simning från bryggan med badstege.

Great house, great location, relaxing time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house; it was easy to find, ideally located on the lake and the house was very clean, wonderfully furnished, well-equipped and stocked. The large deck was perfect in the evenings, the dock on the lake was large, with an easy, gradual slope into the water. It was a hot week so the central A/C was nice on very warm nights. Most times though, cool breezes kept the house very comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with and I'm sure will have very happy guests in the future!

Peace and tranquility!!!

If you are looking for some rest and relaxation.... This is the place!!! Beautiful view of the lake and mountains.... amazing sunsets.... Peaceful, tranquil ..... all on a dead end street!! Fantastic deck, very private, as it sits up high and overlooks the road and other homes (the very few that are in sight). The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need!!! Parking was definitely tight.... But we had 2 SUVs parked just fine!

Really enjoyed our stay . Only issue was the lake being low made it impossible to get in the kayaks from the dock and no beach to launch as an alternative.

Hard to leave

Loved staying at Linda’s house. Beautiful setting. She was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen is so well equipped I cooked a gourmet meal for friends stopping by. Great boating on the lake. Would love to return!

Hate to leave

A wonderful 2 weeks in Poultney. The house was comfortable, the kitchen so well appointed one night I cooked gourmet feast when friends visited. Lake views and clouds stunning. Boating on the water every day possible, WiFi and TV great!

Wonderful rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and plan to return often! The house is very comfortable, with a pleasing decor and an expansive deck for relaxing in the sun. The views are spectacular. The dock provides another sitting area, where we relaxed and watched for loons. We can't wait to go back in the summer to swim and kayak. The owners were delightful and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Lake House!

This property was very clean and meticulously maintained. It is on a quiet street with lakefront access. My family enjoyed swimming, kayaking, fishing and sunbathing on the dock. There were beautiful views of the lake from the deck and patio, too!

Another fantastic week on the lake

This is our second year staying at the Michel's house on Lake St Catherine and once again we were not disappointed! The house is always clean and comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out, either in the house or out on the deck. Comfortable beds too! The deck is great for relaxing, eating, and star-gazing. The dock has all the kids and adults need to relax in the water. Floats. Kayaks. We rented a boat from the local marina and a SUP from another marina on Lake Bomosseen. The water was warm and the weather was perfect! The few times it rained, we played some of the board games. An excellent time for our family of 4! Many thanks to the Michel's for sharing their lovely house!

Lakeside paradise

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week up on Lake St. Catherine! Upon arrival, we opened up all the windows and blinds to a gorgeous view of the lake. The downstairs living area had plenty of space for our 2 boys to lounge around in, and for us when we were not on the deck enjoying the day, evening, and star gazing at night. The kids room was perfect for the boys. I loved our room as I sleep with windows open and was able to catch the sunrise each morning, before rolling over to go back to sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee, and various other items. All we needed was food and we were good to go. The grocery store was quick 5-10 min drive. On the nights we stayed in, we grilled on the Weber. We did bring and buy water to drink but used the their tap water for everything else. The outside was exceptional! Comfortable and clean furniture on the deck and dock. The dock areas was great. No millfoil weeds around the surrounding area. We used one of the kayaks and rented a boat from EZ Marine and a paddle board from Woodward. We spent a lot of time floating on the water with the floats in the deck box. The kids and hubby loved fishing off the dock as well. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens as well, which I loved. Thank you to the Michels for letting us stay at their lovely house for our much needed and very restful 2018 summer vacation! We look forward to future visits!

Fantastic

We had such a wonderful vacation on lake at lake St. Catherine ! We brought our boat with us and we're able to keep right at our dock with no problems. We spent a lot of time on the water and just enjoying the beautiful majestic views from our dock. We were lucky enough to see an eagle fly by one day and scoop out a fish on the lake. The house was spectacular! The pictures you see on the site say it all. We loved how comfortable the central air made us feel because it was a warm week. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need , and we have never stayed at a place where the beds were that comfortable. Parking is tight though. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves to go to the lake for rest & relaxation !!

A Perfect Week

The cottage is very imposing as you drive up to it, and both floors have lake front windows. To sleep with the windows open, seeing the stars and the silhouette of the Vermont mountains....priceless! Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and cable. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked, and there were 12 trays of ice cubes made so we were able to immediately enjoy the sangria we brought! We grilled in once, and otherwise enjoyed dining in Rutland, Poultney, Dorset, Castleton, and Manchester. The lake water was warm - we brought floats for our lazy days and I kayaked for the first time when we had more energy. The state park is visible across the lake from the deck, and a great place for swimming. All the deck furniture had covers, so we were never required to sit on wet cushions after a rain. The street is quiet and the neighbors are nice. This was a much nicer rental than one I had the prior year - I hope to be back. Thank you Linda and Keith.

Relax by the Lake

Loved this house and our week on Lake St. Catherine. The house was exactly what we were looking for and just as advertised. Very nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect at the quiet north end of the lake. It has a very nice large dock which was perfect for the pontoon boat we rented. It was very humid the week we were there so it was nice to have the air conditioning. Cable TV and Wireless Internet all worked great as did the Verizon Cell signals! Dealing with Linda was a pleasure. She was very prompt and helpful with the lease and information, and returned our deposit within a week. We will definitely be returning next year.

Excellent rental

We stayed at this beautiful cabin on Lake St. Catherine for a week in July 2012. Everything was just as advertised. Linda, the owner, was responsive and efficient. The house had plenty of dishes, towels, etc., and we used the BBQ grill several times. The lake was just the right temperature and we needed the A/C only on a couple of days.

Keith is an architect and designed this house in 1993. It was built on the site of an older cabin we had purchased in 1984. Linda is a real estate broker in New York and New Jersey and specializes in Property management.
