This place is one of the more interesting rentals I've booked. It's a third-floor walk-up in front of a very niche, corner-pub type bar. Not in the best part of town, but my group never had any issues or felt unsafe. It has a 70s art commune vibe with some interesting features--e.g. two beds in a V shape in the living room. My group found these elements charming.
It's a little weird to get to. The entrance is behind the bar, through a fence, and you have to pass through an area patrons hang out in to get to the door. It's also not in any way handicap-accessible. I wouldn't recommend this place to everyone (e.g. probably not to families), but for groups who don't mind the quirks of an old and weird building, it does the job.
