Self catered studio apartment of 25 mÂČ exposed North-East (Esplanades des Thermes) for 4 people on the 2nd floor of the residence with elevator.
Living room including dining area, television, storage space, kitchen with table-ware,utensils and crockery, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
BEDS:
A set of bunk beds (2 persons) at the entrance.
A double bed (2 persons 140 X 190) in the living room.
BATHROOM:
Bathroom with bath and WC.
WIFI access included.
Covered parking space included.
RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
