Perfect vacation!

We traveled as a family of five from the US. The apartment was exactly as pictured and a wonderful spacious find in Paris! Convenient to 2 metro stops and in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, cheese shop and fruit/veggie shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property when things work...

I will start with all the good/great things about the property. Well laid out with 4 large beds (Full/queen sizes). The book staff were amazing: Answered every question, were patient and connected us with a reliable transfer service. We were allowed into the apartment early to drop off luggage. The location was very convenient with easy access to metro and bus stops. Amazing pasty shop nearby and several wonderful restaurants within an easy walk.Now onto the not so great parts: The closets smelled as if someone cooked food inside them. We were able to wash our clothes in the washer/dryer and we were not sure if the washer/dryer needed a good clean out or the closets made our clothes smell. The AC stopped working with two nights to go and the elevator only worked half of the days we were there. When you pay for AC and an elevator in the summer, you expect to get AC and a working elevator. Opening the windows was not ideal at night with the noise from the bar/store across the street. The staff tried to solve the AC problem (they really were a great staff! not sarcasm) and it was beyond their abilities. We were told we would be given a refund for one of our nights. Now, a month later, still waiting on that refund. We were able to wash our clothes in the washer/dryer and we were not sure if the washer/dryer needed a good clean out or the closets made our clothes smell. I also had to unclog the drains in the shower and sink as they were clogged.

Lovely & convenient

The 8 of us were quite comfortable at this apartment and the location was great. Loved the blackout curtains that allowed us to sleep early the first few nights of jet-lag. No noise in the building was nice. Good bedding, plenty of towels, pretty much everything we needed. Security hold on card is quite steep and uses a company most Americans haven't heard of (not through VRBO) so it can feel sketchy. But it worked out for us.

Great location and great place!

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris and the apartment was great! It was very elegant and in a nice, quite neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby. Communication with host was very easy and helpful. It also had a washer/dryer which was nice. Definitely recommend!

Great place, great host

We were very impressed with the apartment, very nice, clean, fully equipped with everything you need, comfortable, close to grocery, bakery, restaurants, metro. You can reach all the sights very quickly. The air conditioning was a pleasant surprise. Host were extremely fast with communication, almost instantaneous response. You cannot go wrong booking here for your next family vacation in Paris.
