This land was bought for my father who saw a great place surrounded by nature and amazing biodiversity
The entire house inside has a large internal garden with plants that give a natural and unique environment, where you can enjoy the hammocks that overlook the garden, an open concept dining room that offers two armchairs and a large dining table with space for up to 7 people.
Gourmet meals can be cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and with the outdoor barbecue. The rear terrace has two hammocks, another dining table, chairs and ample space near the pool. There is also wifi throughout the house for all guests and satellite television.
The two rooms have air conditioning, room # 1 with 2 double beds and bathroom, room # 2 with 2 double beds, single bed and bathroom, all with sheets and blankets.
The property is completely closed and has an electric front door, a garage for 3 cars and parking for several cars. Since this property is located in a country area, without neighbors nearby you can enjoy the tranquility, sounds of nature and security that you can find in being a beautiful area.
