Amazing Viwws abd host

Great location near the lifts and main pool. Apartment had absolutely every and all quality, especially King Matress and towels etc . Large double shower . Host left water and wine in the fridge due to late arrival. Also came over to show us how to use TV .. BBC Itv Betflix etc . Fiber wifi GREAT. Already booked for a longer stay next year. We have stayed in the complex before but This P.1 far the best .

Appartement mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub vom 26.11.2022 - 17.12.2022 im Appartment P1 verbracht. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter Paul war unkompliziert und freundlich. Paul stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und erkundigte sich auch zwischendurch nach der Zufriedenheit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. P1 ist ein gemütliches Appartement für zwei Personen. Auf dem großen Balkon hat man eine atemberaubende Aussicht und wir haben jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang beim Frühstück genossen. Das Appartement ist mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet, so wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es gibt sogar Frischhaltedosen, so daß man sich ein Lunchpaket für unterwegs machen kann. Nach Lust und Laune kann man sich zwischen drei Stränden entscheiden, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Bei hohem Wellengang und Badeverbot am Strand, besteht die Möglichkeit einen der vielen Pools zu nutzen, die in der Wohnanlage zur freien Verfügung stehen. Ein Pool mit Rutsche befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu P1. Neben den Pools findet man auch öffentliche Fitnessgeräte zur allgemeinen Benutzung sowie einen Tennisplatz. Die Wohnanlage ist sauber, ordentlich und angenehm ruhig. Ganz ohne hektischen Touristentrubel! Wer auf Selbstverpflegung steht, findet im Eingangsbereich der Wohnanlage einen Mini-Markt und die Strasse runter einen Spar-Markt, ein Auto ist also nicht zwingend notwendig. Wer aber dennoch ein Auto gemietet hat, findet stets einen Parplatz im direkten Umfeld. Für Fans des Geocaching sei noch erwähnt, daß einige Schätze in der Umgebung zu finden sind. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind ausgeruht und entspannt wieder nach Hause geflogen! Vielen Dank dafür Paul!

Fænomenal udsigt.

Dejlig lejlighed med superdobbeltseng, stort køle-/fryseskab, stort TV med god beliggenhed øverst i Montseñor tæt på de 3 elevatorer, som bringer dig til tops med en fantastisk udsigt over “Cura-bugten”. Kun 100 m til en vidunderlig pool, som vi brugte hver dag. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen, hvis alt øvrigt flasker sig! Anbefalelsesværdigt! Meget imødekommende og hjælpsom vært Paul!

Ferienwohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wundeschön, Schon morgens hat man die Sonne auf der Terasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer äußerst freundlich. Ein sehr schöner , erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Ottima sistemazione , appartamento super accessoriato e molto pulito.splendida la vista, lo consigli

Abbiamo passato dei giorni piacevolissimi in questo splendido appartamento dove non manca proprio nulla. Splendida la vista sull'oceano sia al tramonto che all'alba. Privacy tranquillità e possibilità di fare escursioni nei dintorni. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente sia agli italiani ma anche agli stranieri! Grazie Mr. Paul

Superb !

Had a brilliant time. The apartment is well equipped and the views are lovely. I would recommend hiring a car although there seem to be lots of busses around.

Amazing view but tiny apartment

Pros...stunning views, comfortable bed. Comfortable couch. Cons...absolutely no information provided inside the apartment, wifi was terrible, not enough hot water for two people to shower, parking was an absolute nightmare. We would go back to the area but not that complex or apartment.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views

My partner and myself have recently returned from a weeks holiday in this apartment (x8) I have to say on arriving late at night in the dark in a hire car I was at first a little concerned about being able to find it, but the owners directions from the airport were spot on and we found it without any problems. Thank goodness for the two lifts that take you up to the apartment, it is quite high up but the views are absolutely fabulous, and we really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, the sun stays with you until after lunch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you possibly need for your stay. The water filter was particularly good it was far better than having to buy bottles of water. The bed is very comfortable and we both slept really well. From a womans point of view I was also pleased to have a good hairdryer that plugs in rather than the ones you sometimes get that are permanently fixed in the bathroom. Parking can be a little hit and miss as it can get very busy, but we always found a spot close to the apartments. Down the hill is a spar, a couple of restaurants, an Irish pub and a burger bar. We went to one of the restaurants when we arrived as it was late, but it was still open and we enjoyed a nice meal. On the owners recommendation we had a meal at the restaurant on site, it was fabulous. I had a fillet steak, which is probably the best I have ever had. My partner had a prawn stir fry that he said was equally as good, so a bit thanks to them for looking after us so well. We did not go in any of the pools on site as the water was a little cold in February but they did look nice. All in all this was a fabulous apartment, great location, modern, clean and home from home. I would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends, and if we ever decide to have a break in winter and return I would book this without any hesitation. The owner is brilliant. Booking was so easy and he always replied when I sent emails or messages to him (I think maybe I sent quite a lot) but all his information was a great help. Thank you so much Paul

AMAZİNG APARTMENT

Everything including 50 smart TV and Super Kıng size bed. Enormous super shower. Top quality terrace furniture. Must be best view on the Island. We have stayed in Monsenor over many years THIS IS THE BEST APARTMENT. Ever air con. We have booked for 2017. It gets very full so book early. Thank you Alex and Jana great restaurant and delivery service.

Playa del Cura

Situated in a quiet location with beach, restaurants, shops and bars all nearby. This apartment has wonderful views across the bay from its spacious balcony which is the perfect breakfast location. The apartment is equipped with all we needed so we would not hesitate to return. We particularly enjoyed the on site Tapas bar.

Superior Seaview Apartment

This is a lovely, nicely decorated and well furnishings inside. The pool was never busy around and the temperature was nice in September. While sitting and having a cup of coffee on the balcony, you can only listen to the ocean and have stunning view to the sea and beach. İt was a little more expensive than others in the complex but had air condition and amazing king size bed. Power shower and on top so near litfs and very private and quiet. Also got delivery from great restaurants.I will reccomend this apartment to the all and for sure will be back for next visit.Many thanks for airport pickup and rental car as well. Also greatful for best hospitality by Mr.Marsh.

Excellent apartment in the sunny and hot island of Gran canaria.

Clean, airy and newly furnished. Private and quiet. Stunning panoramic views. Big balcony to eat outside. Very Private. Not overlooked. Superb. We will revisit - definitely. No 'entertainment' noise. Most apartments are privately owned so the respect for the site really shows. Six pools to swim in. Small hydro slide. Table tennis. Tennis court. Poolside bar. Amazing restaurant on site. Really very good food. And we are fussy. Reasonably priced. Easy walk to the beach. Local Spar supermarket and chemist. Regular coastal bus route. Looking for a good quiet private place? This is it.

Great views, peaceful.

Amazing apartment, with everything you need. Fantastic views. Regular bus service. Helpful Reception staff. An all round relaxing week, and Little Venice is a must see, we spent nearly all our time there. The Monsenor Restaurent has new chefs, and the food is spectacular. Beautiful, quiet property. Bright and Clean.

This property is perfectly placed for a quiet and chilled out holiday yet there are bars and beaches, restaurants and shops all with in walking distance, all be it up hill on the way back. There is so much to do close by, we couldn't fit it all in in 1 week, so we Have to go back again later in the year. Paul has excellent customer service and Lydia is always on hand from the opposite apartment. See you again soon Playa De Cura.

Excellent Property

Great owner who has renovated this apartment beautifully and will take care of all inquiries right away. Bright and beautiful deck for morning, never too hot in the afternoon. Quiet complex, with a good little grocer on site too. Be prepared to take time to get you and your things up and down two sets of elevators. No problem parking. Overall, a good place if you want to be away from the crowds, and appreciate an attentive owner. Thanks Paul.

Best Apartment and Location Ever

We have stayed at P1 over Christmas. It really had everything abd all top quality furnitings and utensils. We had a welcome pack including a cold bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival, to sit and enjoy on the balcony that just has the most stunning views imaginable. Such an amazing place to be in also while having your coffee or breakfast...My friend also stayed at X8. She highly recommend this apartment as well from the same British owner This summer I am really excited to stay at x8. Slightly higher cost than some there but we'll worth the difference. Would highly recommend either apartment. Take the airport pick up option for 40e if it's yr first time.

Would Definitely Return

İdeal setting for couples looking for a relaxing time. we had great time in this apartment..Amazing furniture for holiday apartment indoor and outdoor as well. Amazing welcome package including a cold bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival, to sit and enjoy on the balcony. Honestly the price in P-1 is a lttle more expensive than the others but it has perfectly working air-conditioning and even King size bed. it has a huge marble shower y can walk in.. We also stayed in X-8.. that was also my favorite one as it also has complimentary wifi and well-furnished indoor and outdoors + Amazing new Germany kitchen To me, such a really nice outdoor activities tennis courts and golf close by as well. Would highly recommend either X. 8 ^ P.1 Views from both to Amadoras - mountains Direct sea views. Lovely pool and quiet.
